It’s taken time for me to write this review because so many times life gets in the way.
But I’m here now, wanting to write this for so long, just to thank Gabriella a great lawyer. She is more than good at what she does.
Everything started when I got an email from the Home Office. I’m not going to lie it was so hard for me to overcome that, because I was already facing other problems. Not knowing what to do and who to talk to, I started to look for someone able to help me without wasting my time, on line.
I found two guys and I have to say just a waste of time and money. Because even having the right to get what I was applying for I was starting to think to give up at that point I found her.
We had the first consultation; she didn’t promise me anything but something that I still remember after long time, was that she started to face everything in the best way possible and she was so positive without saying we will succeed.
It took time for the HO to make a decision, I was thinking, well I will never get a positive outcome. I was so wrong!
One day I received an email from Gabriella where I could read that “my application has been successful”.
I very much recommend her if you would like to have someone who really knows what they are doing. Every time I will have the chance to talk about my experience, I will do that for sure. Thank you ever so much once again.

After our successful application to EUSS Family Permit for my mother, we used MGBe Legal services again for the following application of pre-settled status. Gabriella once again demonstrated top level knowledge and dedication. In spite of our application having higher chances for success this time, she still had been very thorough, making sure that every possible query is addressed and there is no room for misinterpretation. As the result we received a communication about the positive outcome the day after the application was submitted!

With Gabriella's help I managed to obtain my EU Settled Status. My application was rather complex (and late), but still with her knowledge in immigration law and determination, it was approved.
We had to sort my documents for the application in a really short time but with her support we managed to submit it within the given time frame. I had to wait six months for the decision, and I had moments when I was anxious about the outcome, but Gabriella was reassuring me whenever I reach out to her, if there were any updates. She was patient with me throughout the whole process, even when I had difficulty getting my papers in order or when I needed some encouragement.
