Comfortable bedding

Have to say will never order from MFI again, on the Internet I sent a order through of 2 sets of curtains. And had to get untouch to find out why they didn't get delivered to my address. That was very stressful because you have to send emails, no one to talk to direct. Staff where polite and helpful but I couldn't seem to understand that the curtains where I stock when order via online. But I had to personally check twice because the order seemed to long. And then by a representative was told they are out of stock. So for me that was my DISSAPPOINTMENT.

quick efficient service
impressed how quick goods delivered very efficent service. price of goods very acceptable and quality good, depth of sheets best I been able to find. Fitted my deep mattress plus memory foam topper very well, brute force to fit corners down not needed, what a relief for my hands.

Wrong colour but good customer service
We ordered some bedding, but when it arrived, it was not the colour described. It was tan rather than cream.
We contacted customer services and while it took a little while, we were sent a label for free return and then a full refund. The lady at customer services was helpful, polite and efficient. She communicated well and showed the company in a good light.
