It’s a cute cup. The straw component doesn’t work. It’s very loud and you don’t get much water. Not sure of the spout or the actual straw is the issue I removed the straw and reattach it to see if it would help but it didn’t. I was also surprised it didn’t come with care instructions. Thankfully it has the flap so I can drink from the side. I was really hoping to use the straw part for my gym sessions though.

Bag is very cute but handles keep falling off. Screws holding them on keep coming loose. Poor design, makes bag unreliable. Too expensive for this to be the case

Haven’t received my current order, ( just ordered) but I did receive 3 pairs of the Concha slippers and they are awesome! Cant wait for my bffs to open them fo Christmas!!

The totes are beautiful, it does have a smell to it but It goes away. It is on the bigger side which is what I wanted. The design is not stitched it is printed but it still is very bright and beautiful. The only reason they got 4 stars was because they forgot my charms but once I contacted them they just needed proof of my purchase and they sent them to me. Very pleased with my 2 totes.

I purchased the Bordado Tote Bag and it's beautiful. It goes wonderfully with the Bordado tumbler. It was delivered as promised.

I ordered the tote and blanket and love both. The colors are vibrant and the blanket is cozy. The tote is perfect size and it stands upright with goods in the car.

Beautiful bag and quick shipping

I love the bag, actually I bought two. The only issue I have found is the piece that screws in for the handles comes loose and I have to tighten them often so I don't lose the strap. But the bags are beautiful, great quality, and are the perfect size.

Well it was ok but not great after running out of your stock you filled the order, they also came in a plastic bag not a box disappointed but good quality. I found out that a grocery store is selling them in my home town, will check the quality.

Never received my order. Paid over $200 dollars and did not receive, no updates no notice and response back from my inquest. Very dissapointed
