Missing horchata concéntrate
I paid for a 1 Lt bottle of horchata concentrate which would yield 10 pts of drink. I received a message from yourselves informing me that the concentrate was out of stock and you substituted it with 3 packs of powder horchata but these only yield 2.5 alts each. So I paid for 10 alts of horchata but only received 7.5Lts. I emailed to make you aware of this, requesting a reply and either one more sachet of powder or a refund. My email has been ignored.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As we discussed via whatsapp this is the first we heard of your disappointment with our substitution, as we discovered that you sent your email to the wrong email address.
Like we mentioned in our chat, a message was sent to you via whatsapp prior to sending your order, we received no response and so the order was sent with the replacement to avoid any further delays in you receiving your products.
The replacement was made based on monetary value, we replaced your £19.99 bag of powdered 1kg Horchata (which, as we explained, the last remaining bag was damaged) with three of the smaller bags, more expensive bags of the same product (totalling £23.97). The quantity of the bag you ordered was 1kg and the replacement totalled 960g (40g less). 40g of the horchata powder would not make an extra 2.5 litres of horchata, I believe the volumes on the bags were misleading, in that the smaller bags states "for 2.5 litres" and the 1kg bag stating "Up to 10 litres", with the large bag suggesting these powder can be extended to 10 litres based on recipe used.

A Very Good Experience
The selection is good, the website is easily navigable, delivery was quite fast. The corn tortillas were good--definitely the best we've tried in UK (and we've tried them all)--but I will continue trying to make them on my own just for the convenience of having them ready to hand when I want them. So I am in great hopes that the Mexican Mama masa harina is better than the standard-in California-supermakets brand I can get from other web merchants. A very good experience.
