Really great experience - tasty food, easy to put together!

Delicious! We were getting fed up of having the same takeaway options each week and decided to give this a try as we absolutely love Mexican food and can't find this anywhere locally. We ordered the taco kit which came with beef birria, pork and chicken all different and all tasted amazing! The chicken had a kick to it so be wary if you don't like spice!
We were missing parts of the instruction card but they emailed it over straight away so wasn't a problem.
I think the only thing I would say which would be good is if you could sign up for a subscription but be able to get something different each time as I want to try the whole menu!
Also recipe card was a bit difficult to follow maybe make it easier

The food delivered was fantastic, I used a mixture of microwave, pan and air fryer to reheat the chicken, beef and pork respectively. It was incredibly easy to prepare and we were stuffed and extremely satisfied by the end. The beef and pork were fantastic but the chicken was absolutely fantastic. Will 100% purchasing again!!

I never review stuff I buy online, but I've got to make an exception for this. We got the Taco Platter for 2 and the elotes.

The preparation needed was pretty minimal and everything was ready quickly.

Every single thing was completely delicious. Each of the meats was so well cooked, the salsas were outstanding, and the birria was so lush we wanted to take a bath in it. The elotes packed some amazing flavours in, too. I can't speak for the churros yet as I'm writing this while I'm still too full to try them!

They also offered great customer service when I didn't get the right delivery date on my order, sorting it for me within an hour of me sending them a message.

I'm really glad I took a chance on Mexi-kit and I'll definitely order again.

We loved the food - it was amazing! The meat was well marinaded, the tortillas and nachos were some of the best we've had and the elodes were just *chef's kiss*.

The only thing we think could be worked on is the recipe card. We found it quite hard to follow, especially as we had beef birria and the quesadillas. Potentially pictures with step by step instructions may be helpful.

Overall though, amazing, filling - and we have leftovers!

Food was all really good quality. Salsa bundle in particular was really tasty. We had an item missing from our order and customer service was brilliant at responding and sorting out issues. Hope they add more vegetarian options as we will be ordering again

I’ve ordered these tasty kits on a few occasions now. Always consistent in their quality, flavour and generosity. Word of warning - it’s that tasty you’ll end up wearing the sauce all over your face but it’s well worth it! Great value for the product / definitely will order again

I’ve been to Mexico a few times and these Mexi-kits are as close as I have had! Highly recommended defo need the salsa packs as well! Will defo be ordering more!

Absolutely amazing food!!! We keep coming back for more! The tacos are tae die for and on a plus so quick tae make. Even the wee slasa pots and verdies are oot of this world. Truly authentic munchies. I am still working ma way thru there menu

I’m an American expat that loves (and misses) Mexican food. The UK doesn’t do it right. UNTIL NOW! Mexi-kit provides delicious meals. It was a little bit of a hassle trying to get everything ready and plated (just getting the timings for cooking up everything). But once we sat down to eat we were blown away. Even my picky daughter tore through a few tacos. Great Mexican food in Britain has finally arrived. Bravo to the company with the weird name.

Really recommend this kit! We went for the fiesta feast and it turned up well packaged, with a great cooling gel to keep everything cold in transit. The food we ordered was plenty for two people - we couldn't finish it! Mainly due to the generous amount if wraps included. The food was authentic Mexican, having spent time in Mexico as a teen and travelling there regularly since. The condiments were also great - the Pineapple habenero, wowser! We'll definitely order again. Thank you!

Delicious food but unfortunately the nachos and churros were low in stock so these didn't come through with my order. The owner emailed me to let me know in advance so very good communication - great customer service.

I absolutely love Mexi-kit. I’ve had a few orders now and they have all been amazing. Tasty, quick and easy. Such a treat for the whole family and dealing with small suppliers makes such a difference when you know it’s personal. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Mexi-Kit offered us a different kind of Mexican dish overall compared to the usual Old El Paso kits you see in your typical supermarkets. The quality of food was very high and you could tell it was sourced from a local butcher. The choice of dips and sides were great and they complimented the dishes well, we ordered 2x fiesta for 2 and then a build your own with extra chicken tinga to ensure we tried a variety of selections from the menu. The only criticism I had was of the instructions which could have been made a little clearer, however the quality of service and food was worth every penny, i will definitely be using this service again and would recommend for dinner parties, family get togethers and even a couples night in!

Having tried a few home style services (hello gusto etc) we have been stung with expensive convenient services, overall mostly been disappointed. We love Mexican food and with 3 young kids getting out for a good meal is a rare occurrence, we took the plunge and ordered. Order process options and delivery was all very sound. Opening the box i was a bit worried, everything looked “chucked” in, the menus were stuck to the box and fridge pack glue so ripped trying to separate. There also didnt look like a lot of food but tons of sauces and sides. All the same our saturday night treat was underway post kids bedtime, what an absolute treat it was, the taste was very authentic tasting (married and years of holidays in mexico) honestly everything was so very tasty and every protein had a little left overs after the initial drama. The pineapple habanero is fire! The salsa verde unreal and the beef was truly sensational.

Fantastic meal kit! Delicious tacos, in particular the beef birria which was a favourite! Great alternative to a takeaway or a meal out and so easy to make. All made in under 15 minutes which is fantastic.
