Ordered 2 months ago from what looked like a UK company. Tracking showed coming from abroad and going through customs, then a failed delivery, which never happened because we have CCTV, ring doorbell and were in all day. Now tracking is saying address verification in progress. We get no response from emails, TOTAL SCAMMERS - AVOID.

Complete scam . Ordered wall panels on 17th of June. Order updated on 10th of July , states 1-3 days . Still waiting on 7th of August . Have sent 10 emails , never a response. Do not order .

Scamers!!! Ordered wall panel, thanks God only one just to try it, order date : 04.06.2026. Promised Delivery date : 19.06.2026. Today is 29.07 and nothing! Fake tracking provided and keep adding 10 business days to deliver, when 10 days pass they add another days.
I get full refund from my bank.

Ordered panels and didn’t arrive, took the money and now I need to get a refund from the bank.

Agree that FB need to block them but to be honest they probably change names to avoid it.

Like others, I ordered wall panels after seeing a FB ad. They send you an 'i17Track.shop' tracking link which shows movement and raises your hopes, but have gone on to provide a non-existent Royal Mail shipping number. I can only assume it's a clever bit of code to trick you into thinking the items really are on their way whilst they quietly do a runner (their website is now down BTW). However, if you don't use their hyperlink and instead go direct to the 17Track main website to input the same details, it says the shipping code is not valid. I have requested a chargeback from my bank.

Addendum: Just had a 'failed delivery' message where apparently Royal Mail called but found nobody at home, at 10:30 at night?!? For a start Royal Mail would never deliver that late and secondly despite having CCTV, video doorbell and motion detector area sensors on our property the delivery driver managed to limbo past all those and knock on the door (which they obviously didn't) when I was sitting watching TV like 20 feet away. What a load of garbage. Don't waste your money on these scammers.

Absolute scam, ordered off of a Facebook ad … should have known better after 6 weeks of not receiving anything I emailed them and suddenly the order has disappeared along with the website, I have to get a refund from the bank, why Facebook allow these chancers I have no idea

Made an order which advised 5 days then once the order was processed it then advised up to 30days
But during this by the time it reached the 15day the tracking information had stopped and has not changed to this day which is now a month
There is no contact number or emails that work for them so no way of getting a refund or tracking or anything.

Do not usw this site all dodgy had no tracking ignoring emails not great at all
Had to contact my bank to get regund. Clearly dodgy company scamming people

bought and paid for on the 21 st july excuses about clearance at international depot and now being ignored AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered some wall panels, false tracking numbers given, have emailed and messaged them 4 times, no reply. Website says they have over 50000 happy customers yet my order is number one thousand and something. Charged for delivery, should be free. Companies house shows company set up by a Brazilian chap in April so has not been around long at all to have over 50000 customers. I've also seen similar sites to this that are clearly the same scammed. Avoid avoid avoid. Scam!!!!

cant give a zero these metics decor are scammers . 5 day delivery promissed , they have asked for shipping labels from a swiss and a uk company neither of which are tracking items ordered on 20th june they have sent two tracking updates , your order is on the way here is its location .... my house on the map .. but the tracking number they link to is NOT a royal mail number . and neither was the previous Swiss company in fact logging onto either of their tracking sites and they havent heard of the numbers ... i feel so stupid for faling for such a scam and i hope they get caught and jailed

I would have given 0 stars, but sadly that’s not an option. I ordered some wall panels from here, after seeing an advert on Facebook. After 3 weeks of no delivery, and their parcel tracking site showing the items as delivered, I started to do a bit of digging around on the internet. Seems that this company is just a scam site, and they use their delivery tracking site (called 17 Track) as a cover,so that it seems that you have a parcel on the way. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Please avoid at all costs! Thankfully my bank has refunded my money, but the moral of the story is DONT PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM A FACEBOOK ADVERT! Lesson learned.

Order placed weeks ago, emailed to see what is happening and still no response!!!

They promise a 5 day delivery and then when bought, they tell you its coming from China and may never arrive !!

A complete rip off and a con, cheap chinese rubbish that takes weeks to arrive, if it ever does.
I have commenced legal actions against them, as they are clearly Lying!!!!!
