The products used to be really good and I was a loyal customer for the last couple of years. THEN they changed the packaging and the product which turned my hair to straw! The new packaged products arrived with shampoo that had leaked all over it, but dispite reporting this to them and several subsequent emails to follow up my concerns, they've made no attempt even to acknowledge me. It begs the question whether or not they really are as interested in their customers as they claim!!?? Shocking customer service! Needless to say I will no longer be using Merwave. It has taken me several months to get my hair back into its original condition!!

I started around a month ago with the starter kit and I have honestly loved it, it’s made me feel a lot more on top of my hair routine and the how to use videos have been so helpful.
Delivery was so fast and I have just ordered my second order this week of the conditioner. Really happy to keep using the products :)

I have wavy hair and have used various products that have promised to produce a frizz free finish. Merwave really does what it says. Second order on way 🙌

I’ve only just started my wavy journey & trying to undo 30 years of heat styling/straightening is going to be a process but only 3 weeks in and I can see the difference. I’m so excited to see my hair 6-12 months from now. The plex treatment is working wonders along with the other products!! I’m definitely hooked and wished I’d started this a lot earlier. I’ve been converted to Merwave without a doubt!!!

I bought the starter kit , I have short hair after having cancer that is very slightly curly and this kit has brought out the curl more and I love the look it gives me . I have stopped using my hair dryer . Not sure how I will get on in the winter but with this sunny weather at the moment its fabulous x

Unbelievable! Over the years I've tried so many products and nothing worked for me. I was honestly ready to give up, but decided to give Merwave a shot. And guess what? I can finally wear my hair down! My hair is super fine, but as long as I use a small amount, Merwave doesn't weigh it down or stick it together at all. Not only do my waves hold and stay frizz-free all day, but refreshing them in the morning is so quick and easy. I am literally obsessed with Merwave!

Decided to finally embrace the wave. Fed up of having to straighten my hair only to have it go frizzy a few hours later. Merwave has been a game changer. No more frizz. Easy to use and my hair feels so healthy. Loving the waves and the products.

I am blown away after my first use. This stuff is incredible. Very easy to use and the results speak for themselves. You have to try it. It smells gorgeous too.

I have had awful frizzy hair all my life. Tried many things and always kept it very short. Still frizzy. Decided to grow my hair and try merwave. Best decision ever. Now have wavy shoulder length hair no frizz.

I have tried loads of products that never did what they said they would do until now or did for 5 minutes then the waves dropped out !! I have quite thick hair and with Merwave does what it says and stays in all day. My starter pack arrived on Saturday and have been practicing watching the videos to make sure I’m doing it right. WOW! Never thought my waves would come back as I’ve been straightening my hair for so long. Bought the trial kit and I’m hooked. So easy to use and so light on my hair. Obviously had to buy the full size Starter kit. Cannot wait for it to arrive today! 😍😍

I have really struggled to get my natural waves back and I have tried different products that haven't worked. But I have started to use Merwave products and I have seen a difference in my hair.

I have naturally wavy hair with some curlier sections, and I bought the Merwave Starter Set. It has been absolutely amazing! My hair no longer goes frizzy or puffs up, even though it’s naturally thick.

The conditioner leaves my hair feeling incredibly soft, and my waves last for days with just a quick refresh using the refresher spray. I love that I can embrace my natural hair instead of constantly straightening or blow-drying it, which has also meant much less heat damage.

I would recommend these products to anyone who wants to enhance their natural waves or curls. If you’re in any doubt about trying them, just do it – you won’t regret it!

I was so excited about this product but I cannot for love nor money understand the positive reviews for it, the merwave hair perfume has left the most horrendous cheap, chemical smell, it doesn't smell like coconuts, it's a stink like fifty year old expired cheap spf, I don't know if I got a bad batch, but the smell is impossible to remove despite two hairwashes, I cannot send this back quickly enough. I am writing this review at 4am because I cannot sleep and am going to have to change my bedsheets tomorrow because it has made everything stink. Truly awful, I've never used anything like this.

Amazing results from the start. I purchased the starter kit and refresh spray. After watching the video I followed the product instructions and dried as suggested in a micro cloth towel. My hair has never been so wavy and defined. I have also resisted combing each day and now only wash it a couple of times a week. The refresh spray is amazing, I damp my hair down first then spray it. I have now purchased the comb too as its much more chunky than my previous one. Thank you. I just wish I had discovered Merwave sooner. The new packaging is a bonus.

The combination of products really work and produce lovely waves with a frizz free finish that smells so good.
I haven't used the products separately so can't comment on them individually.

Love the products. Leave my hair looking curly/wavy. The refresh spray for days post wash is really good for refreshing the waves. Feels natural and receive lots of compliments. Hair dresser said my hair was in really good condition (been using products for about 9 months at that point).
