I've ordered a G59-2 Dashcam 4K front / 2k rear from Mercylion for my VW Touran (2024)
After confirming with Mercylion with photos of my rain sensor the Dashcams arrived rather fast within a week to switzerland. Installing the dashcam with the provided youtube videos was possible for me. The videos were easy to understand.
After installing the front dashcam, my car mechanic wired the cable for the read dashcam to the trunk, but unfortunately the cable was a little bit to short.
After contacting Mercylion's customer service they first offered me a longer cable for the rear dashcam, but since I spent quite a lot money on the car mechanic's work to wire the cable through the car, I asked if its possible to do a 50 cm custom extension cable. They forwarded my request to their team to evaluate if its possible to make such a custom cable and after a few days they confirmed, that it's possible and they would send me the extension cable free of charge. I must say I was impressed of the good customer service.
The dashcam works exactly as I expected it to work and the video feed is great. So being happy with the dashcams and the customer service i'll give Mercylion a 5-star rating. Thanks!

Great product and the seller is helpful when I have questions during installation

I installed it in my 2023 mazda cx5 and you can't even notice it very well hidden and from out side of car with
Factory tint windows can't even see the camera lens. Has good pictures

I got a dash cam for a Honda and it came with the perfect mold under the rear view mirror. About 8 months into it something went wrong with the camera and would keep rebooting. I reached out to Mercylion and they were so helpful and after troubleshooting, they realized that the camera was faulty and they sent me a new camera. They really helped me out with the issue.

So far, so good! Excellent customer service from the Mercylion team. They communicate well and have assisted me promptly with getting the right dashcam for my Audi, which is now on its way. I read all the excellent reviews on Trustpilot, except the 1 who clearly didn't read what EVERYONE else has said about Mercylion's products and service. The only 1 star review on the site...strange that! If Mercylion do what the review unfairly accuses them of, then I expect EVERYONE else who purchases from them would provide a 1 star review too, but no other.

I first considered purchasing a device from Mercylion in December 2024. I reached out with questions about the brand as it was new to me and I got a great response. I ended up making the purchase in Jan 2025 over CNY. I bought a full camera and display set for my motorbike.

It came as expected, exactly as shown on their site. I had to make a minor cabling adjustment to be able to install it on my bike and we were ready to go! The device worked well for a few weeks and then one component started malfunctioning and I reached out for support. I was met with a friendly approach and they offered to send a replacement straight away. The replacement component similarly lasted a few weeks and then malfunctioned. I reached out again and was met again with a friendly response and we agreed the device may have some defect. They took the device off their website so others couldn’t buy and send me a different model to try (again free). This one is working much better no issues!

Overall top notch company, minus 1 star for some hassle but I would recommend

Mercylion has seemed very professional to me. They answered all my questions quickly and professionally. The dashcam arrived within a week, very well packaged and with everything needed for installation (it even includes some extra parts just in case). The camera works very well and fits perfectly in my Volkswagen Sharan 2 7N. I definitely recommend it.

Purchased a GPS unit directly from Mercylion and i got something else entirely completely different from the pictures in their site. Typical bait and switch

I bought an OEM dashcam for my Golf 7 and I'm very happy with it.

- The image quality is good—number plates are clearly visible.
- It fit perfectly, and the plastic casing looks great.
- I haven’t had any issues in the past month.
- Their support is excellent. I accidentally broke the casing the first time, and they sent me a replacement for free without any hassle.

Overall, it's a solid product with great performance and outstanding customer service.

The Mercylion dash cam is just wonderful. The package presentation was above average and included everything from the installation manual, plastic removal trim tool, sd memory card and usb memory stick. Installing was not easy, but not extremely hard. If you take your time and practice your patience, putting in the Mercylion was pretty straight forward. (There's also some videos that can be seen online.) Fit and finish is topnotch, with no wires or equipment hanging from the windshield. Auto activation of the Mercylion dashcam is excellent whenever the vehicle is started or sudden movements while parked. View on personal cellphone is pretty good and I couldn't be happier with the overall product and performance. Thank you, MC
