Haven't had consistent phone service in the 15 months we've been with Mercury wireless. Multiple support tickets submitted. Two months ago called to cancel phone service and reduce the Internet plan. It did not happen. Called customer service again and they offered a $20 credit for what should've been $129 credit.
Internet service isn’t as good as it was when I signed up for it. It keeps getting slower. Now you want to raise my monthly fee.
WHEN I CALLED TO TALK TO A PERSON THE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS EASY TO UNDERSTAND WHEN TALKING AND WAS QUITE HELPFUL
When I look at a site and it directs me to another link it won’t pull the other link up. Sometimes it just freezes up and won’t do anything. Last night I wanted to see a video on you tube and it said the connection to the internet was lost, then I tried to look at google and it wouldn’t pull up. I’m very aggravated and now my latest bill increased $10. Outrageous!
It's great, I just wish you had tech super 24/7. Everytime our internet goes out it's after hours or weekends then we have to wait.
The installations was quick and professional and when they brought the router, the installer was very informative. My only complaint is the WiFi distance. I had to move my camera closer.
I'm always helped by very polite, intelligent individuals. Thank you.

I had a friendly departure from Mercury after several years with the possibility of returning later. I had already paid for extra 15 days that, I was told, would be refunded. When I called them, they said they will not honor the refund. I have written to the head office and billing office with no reply. Very disappointed. I will never go back to Mercury ever again and will not recommend anyone else going there. If they honor what we agreed, even at this late stage, I will change my rating. Otherwise, I am deeply disappointed. If this is how they treat long-time customers, what can I say?
The technician was very efficient in fixing our modem and was proactive in replacing our radio with an updated version. He was friendly and very fast.
Excellent as always. 5± years and could not be happier with their service.
Mercury Broadband is good just need to watch Fox News channel full programs.
I love this internet it almost never goes out i have had them for over a year now it has only went out twice for maybe 5 minutes but it always come back on quickly and it is fast and when I have to call someone always answers and they speak english!

Then was charged $200 cancel fee.
