Mercle Co Paris 

I liked the Mercle jewelry store. There is a large selection of jewelry here. Took a long time to decide and ordered a stylish braslet. Nice employees helped to solve all the nuances of payment and delivery. The goods arrived on time, well packed. I was satisfied.

I ordered from them cause they commented on my instagram posts asking me to be a "brand ambassador". Then they gave me a code that gives me 100% off for about 8 pieces of jewellery and I only needed to pay for shipping. I ordered 7 pieces of jewellery in September 2020 and the shipping cost me £41.41. That is way too much for shipping. The items I ordered haven't arrived and it's nearly april now. They have been unreachable whenever I try contacting them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They don't know how to properly run their business and delete most of their negative comments on Instagram. I hope this saves others from falling prey to their scam.

Do not buy anything from this store!
This store somehow got in touch with me on instagram and askes met to be a so-called ambassador. They offered a product that I would get a 40% discount on and free shipping. I would receive my product in about 2 weeks. Unfortunately I never received my item after payment. It has now been 8 months since I ordered my product there. They also do not respond to my emails, so I was not able to get my money back.
I did not know that this would be a scam, unfortunately they do this with many people. I do not recommend.

I bought some jewelry for my wife's birthday, and she's happy. Sent in two weeks, there were no problems. On March 8, I will also buy a gift. They have a great Instagram, there is something to see. The support service promptly responded to my questions. I recommend 100%.
