I reached out to Merch Asylum after being intrigued by their business for years. (Found them when I was a teenager and always wanted to use them If/when I was to have my own business)

When I reached out, they were great from start to finish and they stepped up to the plate even when knowingly I had a tight deadline!

Ill be honest, I have used other companies before, because of products which are presented as 'deals' at ease of getting a quote.

With that being said, I am really glad that I reached out and got a quote from these guys, for the following reasons:

- They care about the products they produce and add value/honest opinions on products to find the most suited one for you.
- They are humans and treat you as such - No copy and paste templates, actual communication with humans. (Personally I find this refreshing)
- They are a quality print business and small in comparison to the larger business' which are found when searching online.
- Pricing, quality of print is amazing. Perfect to wear and resale with the quality they produced.

I would suggest to anyone wanting to use Merch Asylum to reach out and send an enquiry. Ive used others to print hundreds of products and nothing comes close.

I was guilty in the past for thinking not having an instant quote and sending an enquiry/quote email was long winded, but I got a response within 1/2 hours.

The quotes I got were very competitive.. Actually they were far better with pricing in comparison to the larger companies I've used before...And the difference in quality is far better than products I've had before...

Its fair to say that the patience paid off.

I will be using these guys again, 100%. Price, quality, products & communication are top class and would recommend to anyone/everyone needing merch, uniform, branding or products for resale!

Have used MA for 10+ years and watching them grow without losing any care and attention to detail has been amazing. You can always (as I have done) rely on these guys. Great communication, top quality printing and service all round. Even completed the job and shipped it faster than expected. They just get it right, and do it right. When it comes to screen printed items - you're wasting your time going elsewhere.

Merchasylum produce very high quality art t-shirts for us. We require each to be a single edition print that shows an original artwork by us on the front and text on the back. These art t-shirts have been exhibited by us at art exhibitions internationally or given by us as unique single t-shirt to wear. We are an art science collaboration (DreamsID.com) that produces artworks based on a dream that a member of the public tells us in public performances and we need the artwork to be reproduced with intricate detail and exact colours. Merchasylum have been doing this for us since 2022 and the t-shirts showing our artworks are of excellent quality. We have tried other t-shirt printers in the U.K. and U.S. but these are the most vibrant and of such high print quality on the cotton. We will continue working with Merchasylum and are very glad to have found them. They are also very fast at responding to emails and phone and are very fast at producing and shipping.

I had tried another company years ago and the quality of the print just doesnt compare. They know exactly what they’re doing, never had a single issue with them.

Wouldnt waste time with other companys, you may get slightly cheaper but its not worth it as the qualitys not as good

It was a very good experience working with Merch Asylum. Staff were very friendly and gave us expert advice on how to get the best results for our designs. Always looked to help us keep the price down but kept a high quality finish. Very happy with our products and the service, will certainly be using them again.
