DO NOT BUY!!! THIEVES!!! WARNING!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION!!! This company is a bunch of thieves- took my money and did NOT send my purchase. The message “shipping label was prepared” lasted for 4 business days, at which point they promised to deliver my purchase. I requested the transaction cancelled, which they ignored. Had to waste my time and involve my bank to get my money back.

Operating Efficiently
They shipped out the order fairly quick. Unfortunately we had a wrong diagnose - did not need it and had to return the new item. Mecca's return process was efficient. We will definitely shop with Mecca again.

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! If you order from these people you better hope you get the right item and that it works. They offer zero customer service, they will not return calls, they will not answer messages or emails. If you get the wrong part or it doesn't work - tough luck. Check their reviews on eBay and Google, I'm not the only one who's had a problem.

The item was returned to sender
The item was returned to sender, and that's not your fault, but I've tried to communicate with the sales team and they do not respond because I need that broan fan and I need to have it shipped to a different location from what I found out from the USPS or we need to ship it a different way because this is a vacation home and they cannot accept any email of any kind I found out which I did not realize. The sales team responded one time and that's it I'm trying to get more information as to send you into a different location or sending it via FedEx or UPS but no reply from the sales team also I have not received a refund for the broan fan.
