Had better experiences in the past.
I've ordered from Merchandise Mecca numerous times over the years mainly from eBay. The last 2 times I've ordered from the company my items somehow managed to end up where they shouldn't have before finding their way back to me. I live in Northwest Indiana yet this package (shipped from Detroit) ended up in Atlanta. The previous time it ended up in Florida. I'm sure USPS is to blame (maybe) but 2 for 2 isn't looking good especially from the same company. It's the same shipping address I've had for the past 20 years that's associated with my paypal account and I've never had a single package end up in the wrong location. As for the product itself the quality is great. I actually prefer these filters to the OEM filters because they seem more durable. Another reason I liked this kit was because the pre-filters were pre-cut, at least they used to be. The kit I ordered this time clearly states they're pre-cut but they weren't. It was a long folded up sheet that I had to cut to fit myself.
