Great customer service from Meraki Halo from start to finish. Fitters were friendly, polite and respectful. Worked away in a professional manner from start to finish. Delighted with my new front and back doors. Would definitely recommend this company to others and of course consider using them again for future home improvements.

Salesman didn’t take no for an answer to the point he told us what we wanted/needed and stayed for a shocking 4.5 hours.

Meraki Halo have been amazing from start to finish. I got new windows and doors for my whole house and I must say they are stunning. The finish internally and externally are amazing. The fitters were super polite, professional and left my property immaculate. Coral who I have dealt with throughout is truly amazing and nothing was an issue. I am also grateful that they travelled to Edinburgh to do my job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for work to be carried out.

Lewis attentively listened to what we wanted, provided valuable advice, and helped us decide on the perfect door. The scheduling for the installation was also handled smoothly. Don’t normally write reviews but on this occasion I’ve made an exception. Having had all new doors and windows replaced earlier in the year this is the first cold spell where a significant temperature difference has been noticed. The warmth in the house compared to before replacement is astonishing. Heating bills have also reduced considerably. Definitely made the right choice with Meraki, so friendly from the designer (Lewis) to window guys, couldn’t recommend them highly enough, all the work from start to finish, even little snag jobs were sorted as soon as possible. Thank you and sorry I took so long to review.

Me and my partner were looking to get new windows and doors for our house as there starting to get colder during the winter with draughts coming in, We messaged Meraki Halo to arrange an appointment and met Lewis who I must say has been outstanding for customer service from the start to the finish, he went through various designs of what we liked and the idea of seeing it on a iPad was a nice touch to give us a good visual of what we are after, The installation team were excellent and went into great little detail and assured myself and my partner if we were happy with the installation, Overall I’m really pleased with Meraki Halo and would recommend Lewis and the team to anyone who is after windows and doors, Thanks. From first contact through to and after completion a very friendly, non pressurised service. My preferences were their priority and we were made to feel that we were their only customer. All staff members were very friendly, kept me up to date throughout, and each night before finishing my house was left tidy and hoovered. I now have the best windows in my street! Would not hesitate to use again and would highly recommend.

Meraki Halo did a en-suite redo and some building work extending a box bedroom into the existing eaves and fitting some new windows. From the first consultation right the through the job the team have been brilliant, very professional and a high standard of workmanship throughout. Due to the nature of the work we had an array of trades, joiners, plumbers, painters, electricians and heating engineers and apart from some slight water leakage during the heating work all the work was done to a very high standard which we were very happy with.

Wouldn’t hesitate to get more work done through them, great company to deal with and would highly recommend.

From start to finish dealing with this company has been amazing. I met with Lewis to discuss what I was looking for and I explained that I'd had bad experiences so asked for time to think it all over. Lewis reassured me making sure my contract had exactly what I wanted written in it to easy my fears. I was never pressured, they went at my pace and I love how amazing my house looks. The boys that did the work were great and I even got own doof as music was amazing lol. Honestly recommend 1000% great company kept me up todate, great quality and looks so good.

From start to finish, the process was stress free, seamless, and very family-friendly/orientated. Lewis, the salesman, wanted the sale, of course but never pushed. We were shopping around at the time but because of how he carried himself and spoke so highly of the company we went right ahead and placed the order to redo our whole house. The install teams were a breath of freah air, local lads with good banter but such professionalism! Michael from the installation team was so accomodating and nothing was to much hassle! The office team, keeping me updated at every turn even got my windows and doors installed ahead of the planned date so efficient! Lastly the quality! For the amazing prices they give, the quality is second to none! We are so happy with how they have turned out. I would recommend Meraki Halo to all my friends and family!

I reached out looking for a new front door and the communication was excellent.
Lewis was fab, he came round and helped us pick our new door.
I had phone calls to say when door was ready and date arranged for installation.

Instillation went smoothly. The guys were very tidy and did a great job.

Work just completed on a full bathroom refurbishment and replacement of eight internal doors. Absolutely delighted with the finished result. The workmen (Stevie, Sandy and Dale - apologies, I never met the electrician) were all absolute professionals, they made sure that the house was left clean and tidy after every visit (including hoovering the sawdust from my neighbours drive!) It's very difficult nowadays to get reliable and diligent tradesmen and this has restored our faith. From start to finish, we felt confident in our choice and never had any doubts at any point, from the initial visit from Kris way back in January to Coral and Stevie carrying out the survey prior to the work commencing. The work was started and completed in a requested timeframe specified to suit us. The finish, particularly the bathroom has exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend Meraki Halo and would certainly use them again.

I had an excellent experience with Meraki Halo while recently replacing the windows in my historic cottage. They make the whole process easy and stress free, so I would definitely recommend them to family and friends, and I will be sure to use them again in the future.

From day one, the visit of Lewis Burke, gave us the confidence to trust Meraki Halo to renew all the windows and both sets of patio doors. The work carried out by Danny and Blake is excellent. All three young men displayed great professionalism from the start. Once the work the follow up from Lewis was excellent and much appreciated.

Great Company!! A friendly team from sales to fitting, Lorraine was cheery and informative and a great introduction to the company. Contact was consistent throughout the process. Danny and Blake arrived to fit a window and french doors and they cracked on whilst I was in and out of meetings and kept noise to a minimum whilst I was on calls, very considerate! The room was completely tidied once they were complete and even to the point of giving the windows and door a final clean before they left.
I cant fault them!

Excellent sales service. First class workmen who left a very tidy job behind them. Cleaned the area in every room they worked in. Cleaned the driveway and tidied the garden. The journeyman then went round everything and said there was a scratch on one part of the glass in a bedroom which we did not and still cannot see, however they have already been on the phone with a date to replace it and touch up some rendering work. Also had a follow up visit from the salesman, Lewis Burke who is a really nice person, helpful and interested in what you want from the finished job. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. The excellent installation and aftersales does it for me.

Highly recommend Meraki halo, salesman Lewis was very helpful and went through all our options, great communication and competitive on price. Windows fitted just 3 weeks later, workmen did a great job.
