Complete scam, been waiting months for my order

If i could give a zero i would, clearly a scam!!!! Annoyed with myself but did look legit. Stay away from any company selling door bouncing cat toys!

I ordered this and it never came. Now the website and shipping info go to a blank page. A complete and total scam.

Ordered/paid for cat toys and shipping. Got notice on Dec 8th that order was received. Never got another update again. No response to my emails to shippers. Meowscles website is not accessible/doesn't exist anymore
I give them a NEGATIVE/zero rating.

I ordered product Dec 9th and never received anything from them. No product, no response and now website is no longer available. Horrible experience.

Do not buy from this company. I have never received my goods and have emailed on numerous occasions with no response. Would have given NEGATIVE stars if that was a thing.

Ordered December 18, 2025 and never received anything. Fell for the scam 🤦🏻‍♀️

Don't trust this site. Its a scam. Never got a shipping confirmation and never reply back to email. Now site doesnt even work.

Website is now shut down and company has vanished so probably not a risk any longer - but like all the other reviews here they took my money 40 days ago and ran..no product and dodgy tracking. Thank goodness I paid by credit card and got my money back!!!

Blooming cheek they have today disputed the charge back (19th March 2026) despite no goods received, no emails responded to and their website having vanished!!! Credit card company have challenged their dispute as invalid - fingers crossed!!!

Negative stars for being a complete scam. Shipping notification 3 days after order with no package received after one month. Tracking number no longer valid. Website no longer working. Poor kitty.

Same issue as everyone else. Cat toy ordered on December 15th with no shipping update. Won’t respond to any emails. Now I have to go through the process of disputing with my credit card company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Been waiting over a month now for parcel to arrive with tracking showing it is still in China. Contacted customer services via the email and no response whatsoever. Avoid at all costs. Scam company.

Ordered 12/7/25 and by 1/12/26 the item doesn't seem to have even shipped. And doesn't look like Shopify is going to do anything about it.
