Mcdonalds dalby states 20 minutes wait time when ordering- snd always takes over zn hour. Which is disgusting in such a small region

Timings change every 5 minutes and order time to delivery is far from accurate

You send an email for assistance and their reply has nothing to do with your enquiry. There responses are generic and they do not reply to your question. Customer Service at its worst. Very unhelpful company.

I like menu log. Never had an issue with orders.

I placed an order at 11.46 am today, it's now 2.32 pm and I still haven't received my food. I rang the restaurant at 12.20 pm and they advised the order had been sitting ready for pick up for at least 20 minutes. I then decided to place an order for pick up directly with the restaurant and when my husband picked it up at 1.00 pm, our Menulog order was still sitting there waiting for collection. I tried to cancel the order on Menulog and was unable to do so. None of the instructions on how to cancel the order or contact Menulog work.

WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Two days in a row, orders have taken way too long.

If I could give zero stars I would. Received my order and seals appeared to have been tampered with and an item was missing. I do not trust these foreign delivery drivers. Contacted Menulog to report and request a refund and they declined due to me giving them a bad review. Don't use this app, they're crap.

They took my money and never delivered. No apologies, no refund, just a very "there is nothing you can do about it" attitude. Fortunately for me I used Paypal, and they refunded me promptly. I guess they are used to it with Menulog.

The other night I ordered dinner through Menulog, the driver appeared somewhat disoriented he called me twice in an attempt to locate the location but it turned out to be a bit of a mess. The food arrived late and was sooo sloppy and cold when it did.

Could give customers rewards or discounts each month. To help especially during this cost of living crisis. Or birthdays or anniversaries.

Food was hot courier was friendly

No customer help when there is a problem. Not using you again. Door dash and uber are much better than you at resolving food issues. They happen. No one is perfect. But at least rectify the issue. Dislike immensely. What a waste of money and time

No customer service, food always arrives cold, missing or incomplete. Orders are frequently wrong and drivers take on multiple orders making delivery times blow out to unacceptable times. Images on sites are not what you receive and overall a very disappointing service

MenuLog is always reliable and has a great range of restaurants.

Waited 2 hours for our order. After contacting menulog they said they had no drivers. We then cancelled our order to be told a refund takes 24 hours. Only too eager to take our money be very reluctant to give it back. It would have been easier to order for pick up two towns over. An absolute joke.

ordered a MUSHROOM and pea curry from an Indian restaurant only to receive a dish of curry peas, not a single mushroom. asked for a refund and was told that it can't be processed because "restaurants have the right to interpret recipes as they see fit" so I deleted the app and moved on.

I never got my meal hence I haven’t used you for a year
