Neil Pullin is the mendabath ‘rep’ in Scotland who we used. Initially we thought job of reenamelling the bath had been done well. Then After 2 years the enamel pulled away and rusted. When I contacted Headoffice they fobbed me off and said it was my fault ( and not covered by guarantee) because our tap ( made of rubber!) was causing the problem and us dropping the shower head on the enamel. Don’t think I go round dropping shower heads… maybe they know me better than I do?
They told me to contact Neil Pullin which I have done several times by email and text. Guess what? He’s not returning any messages or calls.

The bath was great initially. 5 year warranty great! Or so I thought...2 years later bath starts peeling, they won't cover it on the warranty. Accused us of dropping something on it, so we will have to pay to have their work repaired. Not great!!!

Repaired damaged sink, which now looks perfect. Excellent communication about cost and timings. Turned up on time, friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended.

Everything that was going to be done explained well from start to finish and bath looks like new, would recommend Mendabath without any hesitation.

The technician arrived exactly on time, did a wonderful job and left the site as clean as a whistle. The bath had a chip out of the edge and two badly scuffed areas but when the technician, Brendon, had finished, the repair was so perfect I could not see where the damage had been. Congratulations Mendabath!

Our Mendabath man Stephen was very professional, arriving within the timescale that he gave us and he was organised and careful of our home , using dust sheets etc. He did a fantastic job on our bath and it now looks brand new. (It’s nearly 100 years old). I couldn’t be happier.

Stephen resurfaced our old, worn enamel bath in autumn 2022. I was concerned the finish would not last well so did not post a review, but over a year on, it still looks fantastic. This is probably the best value home improvement we’ve done in terms of impact vs cost. Would highly recommend Stephen.

Excellent service from start to finish by Stephen amazing job very pleased with the result.

Stephen fitted us in at shirt notice to repair a large crack in our bath, caused by a fall. Communication was really efficient, and Stephen was polite, friendly and easy to chat to. He has worked wonders and you can’t even tell there was a crack, I’d highly recommend Stephen and today my mum has contacted Mend a Bath and has a booking in her area to repair a hole she’s lived with for 15 years! Well done.
