i spoke with live chat and asked to close my account. should be simple to do. but instead im met with arm twisting to keep my account open. after a while he tells me that they will block my account. i declined and asked that my account be closed and data deleted as i am from a European country and im requesting my data to be deleted which is a very big thing in Europe. he declined and told me my data will be held for 5 years and its impossible. which i informed him is a breech of my data protection. nevertheless i was told no.

this company is shady they have unjust business practices that are against the law in a lot of countries. not only that they are useless support, rude and have bad bonus.
