All I needed was a photo enlarged no damage or restoration work. I was sent a blurry photo and when I reached out to get a resolution, they stated I was sent the proof for approval. Yes and the proof was an 1\8"x1\8 cameo that appeared clear as it was imbedded in an e-mail not an attachment. I did asked to retouch the color, which they did and sent another view. Again the image was clear. Then I received my prints and oh my god, I was so upset! I tried to contact them right away. I was told I could re-purchase the original enlargement order of $67.00 and that they would give me 10% off the new order as a courtesy that they would not charge the additional retouching fee.(I did not have any retouching done) The rep stated because I approved the proof I would not get a refund nor would they send me a clear photo at no charge. I offered to return the blurry as proof of the terrible item, I also sent the attachments in my emails with the photos side by side. I get the same canned responses. “That after consulting the artist” the photo now cannot be enlarged. This was what I paid to have done, and how did the first two proofs come to me as clear? Why was I not contacted if this were the case? Wish I had seen the reviews of this company before I paid a crazy amount to just enlarge a photo. I took the same photo to Walgreens pharmacy and did it myself for $15.00 with no issue. Shameful!!!
Not realizing I tried to use this company in 2020. I had an unsuccessful experience that time also. Although I did receive my money back but it came with no contact no explanation just the refund was issued.
This time it was a gift for my husband of his childhood home. After losing both parents, I hoped this would be the greatest gift I could give him. Not such a stressful experience!!!!

Parents Photo
I sent a photo of my parents to be redone as the upper and lower corners of the picture were missing. I have to say I was skeptical of the outcome. I received the proof and was amazed! I literally started crying! The picture was beautiful! My parents have both passed, along with 2 brothers. I'm giving my other two brothers this picture for Christmas. THANK YOU SO MUCH! My brothers will cherish this forever! I will definitely be using them again.

I sent in a scan of a color print from 2003 with scratches and general degradation of the paper. The subjects looked like they were enveloped with airborne volcanic ash. The restored version eliminated that and the scratches, resulting in a clean, more vibrant look.

This is not a scan but an honest reconstruction of old photos.
Memory Cherish has done a fantastic recreation of an old torn, marked up photo. The skill of putting this photo in great condition by replacing torn gaps and taking out those numerous crayon markings. Then I had them to colorize the photo which came out with the appearance of being lifelike. I am very happy with the results!

Damaged no more
I’ve looked at this damaged photo for 25 years thinking there was no hope of repair. I have been proven wrong. Memory Cherish is amazing. Well worth the time and money. Couldn’t have been easier, I took a picture of the damaged photo, Submitted it on line, advised the problem with photo (damaged area), and they did the rest. The results are amazing. The photo was repaired and the colors renewed. Amazing!! I would post the before and after except for the individual’s privacy. I can’t thank them enough. I took a chance and allowed Memory Cherish to handle a very old and precious photo I had. I am so glad I did. The photo was restored and in color that brought it back to life! I submitted two badly faded and blurry photos of my father in his WW II uniform for restoration and they turned out great! I am so glad I had this done as I'm planning to have them framed with his war medals to go on the wall with my husband's and father-in-law's Viet Nam and WWII frames. We placed an order on 10/10/23, stating we wanted the restored photo for a funeral booklet.
The photo sent back to us was of another family.
We tried again.
The funeral was Monday , 2 days ago, and we still don’t have the photo.
The only concession by this company was to offer 10% off another job!!
I would never recommend them to anybody, regardless of what the finished product looks like, if and when it ever arrives.
25/10/23….. photo arrived at a house in the next street. Luckily they were kind enough to track me down!

Excellent photo restoration with top customer service.
Had two very old photos restored by MemoryCherish. Managed to get them scanned and uploaded and they have done a great job restoring and adding colour to both. The photo artist also made a couple of requested further changes without issue. Their support staff are also excellent and on hand to assist via instant chat and email. Highly recommended if you are in need of any photo restoration.

It was my 55th high school reunion
It was my 55th high school reunion. And the settings on my camera were changed so my pictures did not come out. Memory Cherish was able to restore those precious pictures for me. Quickly, professionally, and courteously. They are great!
