Their customer service is faceless and they hide behind an AI wall. I ordered a bottle from them - charged but never arrived. The tracking number was faulty. The bot claimed no suck customer existed from my email. And you cant speak to a human. I wouldn't want their bottle now as it will remind me of their rubbish attitude.

Do not buy - poor quality. I researched these bottles for months before deciding to make the investment. They are SO EXPENSIVE. RIDICULOUSLY expensive. I bought the long slim one and an A6. I had barely used the A6 when it took the tiniest of tumbles to the floor and broke. Very disappointing. All spin and marketing. Why do I keep falling for the hype. Learn by my mistake :)

Ordered a bottle, hasn’t arrived after a week, no progress on delivery, no confirmation email, no email response when i asked for help. About to do a bank charge back to reclaim my money. Avoid.
Absolutely the worse experience ever
Absolutely the worse experience ever. No customer service to speak of. Sent multiple emails and no response. I start using CAPS like this and then they start to notice. The thing is you have to spam them to get any chance of a response. No accountability. They use AI in the worse way possible. Instead of having actual people to respond to emails, they rely on AI to try and get them out of sticky situations. And even when a "real person" responds, it's some cookie cutter copy and paste.

I had a very disappointing experience with MemoBottle.
I ordered a bottle plus additional copper caps, but only half of my order arrived. The copper caps were missing from the delivery. After contacting customer service multiple times, I was refused both a refund and a replacement delivery.
What’s most frustrating is that customer service offered no solution at all—no reshipment, no partial refund, nothing. Despite clearly explaining that items were missing from the order, the issue was simply rejected.
Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them matters. In this case, MemoBottle showed no accountability and no willingness to resolve a clear fulfillment issue.
I would strongly caution potential customers:
If something goes wrong with your order, do not expect support or fair resolution.

Please do not buy anything from this company. I have been waiting for my order for over a month and received only three responses from customer service, none of which were helpful. They delete comments on Instagram and ignore customers completely. The experience is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

EDIT 12/21/25: Memobottle reached out and thoroughly apologized. The employee, Jennifer, explained/resolved the situation sent me a free bottle. I believe Memobottle did their best to fix my problem. I would use the company again in hindsight.
sketchy scam
ordered 11/24/25. on 12/15/25 got a notification that package was lost and to contact the merchant. contacted the merchant - no response. submitted via online support chat. still no response. they have taken my money and have not reached out to say that a replacement is on the way or that anything will be remedied. very very sketchy. they also appear to hide comments on instagram when other customers mention that they've been ghosted with orders missing.
Poor Customer Service
i love the bottles. the customer service is shocking. the A1 communicate with us button, does not resolve anything, and neither do the customer service staff at the end of the email. trying to track my package has been a nightmare. As much as i love the bottles, i will not order again.
Need to improve its logistics
2-5 business days of delivery is not necessarily the right promise to make. I suggest the company to set the expectations right from the outset especially during promotions and peak season. The communications front has a lot to improve. It is fine to use AI as customer service but the crucial point is the right shipping and tracking info. In the uk getting a royal mail number doesn’t mean the parcel has been handed over to royal mail; so please find a way to fill the gap.
I took part in Memobottle’s kickstarter fund raising many years ago and pledged two A5 bottles (plastic) that I am still using (the other one is still in its original package. ) I do think it’s a solution for me as now I use it between classrooms and a round bottle is not compatible with my notebooks and stuff. Therefore, albeit finding the stainless steel version a bit overpriced (it’s not even insulated); I still decided to splash out on a A6.
I hope as you grow and expand you learn quicker the proper way to manage the supply chain and final distribution and most of all communications to avoid all the negative comments here.
I order my stainless steel memo bottle on Nov 24 and got it on Dec 17 (after not a few chatting with a bot and emails with some people). It is tiresome and not necessary.

I placed an order with this company over a month ago, and I have been completely ghosted ever since. I’ve reached out multiple times for an update on my purchase, asking for tracking information or even a simple confirmation that my order had shipped. Instead, I’ve been ignored at every step.
The only reply I ever received was a vague apology saying they were “backed up with orders,” but after that? Nothing. No updates, no tracking number, no communication, and still no product.
At this point, it’s clear this company is not fulfilling orders and is taking people’s money without delivering anything. The experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable.
This company is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Ordered through their website memobottle.uk, with the delivery time promised to be 2-5 business days. On the 7th day with zero updates regarding my order, I emailed them wondering where it is. They said that that particular bottle I ordered was out of stock and they don’t know when it will be available, and then offered a full refund - to which I agreed but never received it. Chased them after and never received a response. Had to dispute the transaction with my bank.

Despite the clear 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law, they refuse to accept returns, hiding behind false “hygiene” excuses. This is unacceptable, unlawful, and an insult to customers.
The product itself is equally disappointing:
• The bottle smells strongly of plastic.
• The material is not scratch-resistant and feels cheap.
• The opening is far too small, making proper cleaning impossible.
In short: an overpriced, defective product with zero customer service and blatant disregard for consumer rights.
Never again – and my strong advice: stay away from Memobottle!

Ordered a product on 25th June, 2 weeks later no product. Cancelled the order on their website but then no communication or refund from them. Luckily I purchased the bottle on my Amex so they may be able to screw the customer but my Credit card provider will absolutely get my refund.

Please do not buy from them, they do not honour refunds, and once you buy, there is no way to return the product, which violates European guidelines. If you buy, do it through PayPal so you can later open a dispute with them if you really want to return a product. Looking at how many bad reviews they have, this is a clear sign of a bad reputation for a company. If I knew, I would not have purchased from them.
