While I understand that call volumes are very high right now but I didn’t receive a call for 8 hours from the scheduled time from the doctor. I did receive two calls from service reps who were nice but I’m still not sure why they said my copay was raised to $67. The doctor was great.

Great service! I received a call back from a provider within 20 minutes and RX called in to my pharmacy and picked up with another 20 minutes. Provider was understood my concerns and listened to my questions. Highly recommend!

Very easy to use. Was very quick compared to waiting in a walk in clinic for something simple like a upper resp infection. Meds send to my pharmacy.

This was the most convenient “medical appointment” i’ve ever had. The app is very self-explanatory . My callback from the physician was fast and easy and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy within five minutes of our consultation over the phone. I’m feeling much better and thank you for this service !!

The Doctor that called me genuinely seemed like he cared and took his time with me before prescribing Antibiotics. I was very pleased.

I was delighted to speak with a doctor at almost 11pm, obtain a diagnosis and get a prescription issued to a local pharmacy. It helped me avoid a trip to the emergency room. Further, it all happened within one hour after I submitted my request. Who knows how long I would have waited to get an appointment with my regular doctor, especially during the Corona whirlwind.

Being a traveler I've had to turn to MeMD a handful of times to prescriptions refilled. It always goes smoothly and quickly. I've tried others and they refuse to refill one of my meds.

Used MeMd for the first time and was extremely pleased. Hardly any wait time to speak to a doctor. Doctor was very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and called in an RX for a sinus infection. Much more reasonable fee than Urgent Care. Will definitely use MeMD again and would highly recommend it.

The MeMD medical professional I've dealt with over these past 4 years has literally saved my life on 5 or more occasions when the local medical community tried to address my illness through actions containing zero logic and backed by no level of research. The preliminary reps I've spoken with when booking an appointment
have always been helpful and cheery, a welcome plus.

I‘ve used MeMD once or twice a year for about 5 years, especially when traveling. I have even chosen MeMD over a similar company that was free through my primary insurance. MeMD is simply the best!

The doctor would not listen to my symptoms and told me to take over the counter medicine. Couldn’t get a word in. Very disappointed because I have always had great doctors when I have called before!
