I was skeptical about using this but…

I was skeptical about using this but I’m glad I did. It was easy to set up an account and once you submit for an appointment you receive a call within a few minutes. The doctor listened to what I said and the scripts were called in promptly.

They charged me $67 to tell me I needed to go to the doctor and I still had to pay for a doctor visit.

Worst experience ever

Let me begin by saying, I have used MeMD many times and always had a wonderful experience. But I will NEVER use them again. I had been sick for 2 months with a respiratory, sinus infection, and now my ears were hurting w/a high pitched sound “ringing.” I would breathe out hard and you could hear the bronchitis. The Dr would not listen to what I was telling him and was very arrogant and not concerned. He told me to take MucinexD and use a saline spray in my nose. I told him I had been doing that for 2 months and it wasn’t helping. I asked him to call me in an antibiotic and because I had tried one in November, he refused. He actually hung up on me when I told him the MucinexD wasn’t helping. (I’m the type I don’t go to the Dr unless I’ve tried everything else).

Later that week I went to the Urgent care in the city I live and I had a severe ear infection with the fluid bulging on my ears causing that constant high pitch sound. I had a fever, sinus infection and a “barking cough.” The dr gave me an antibiotic shot, steroid shot, round of antibiotics, and something for the bronchitis.

I wouldn’t treat an animal the way the Dr at MEMD treated me and I would NEVER let him treat me for anything as a patient in an office. It was a total waste of money and I could’ve ended up in the hospital. I basically just called and they stole my $67 and didn’t care.

I was traveling to NY from Phoenix and MeMD came to the Rescue!

I was traveling to NY from Phoenix and knew I needed an urgent care to help me with pink eye I got from my husband. I knew it would be worse by the time I got to NY if I didn't get medical treatment. MeMD was the answer. I never used the service before but before my flight took off I had a Dr.on the phone looking at my photos and verifying a few things. Next thing I know, my prescription was being filled and would be ready for pick up in NY at a 24 hr. CVS. So easy and so convenient when you are in need of medical attention.

Paid $60 for them to tell me to take…

Paid $60 for them to tell me to take mucinex, which I had already tried so went to the walk in and got an antibiotic, spent more money but finally got better. They suck

AWESOME!!!

I would most definitely recommend MeMD. It was the best $68 I have ever spent. The doctor called back in a timely fashion and was very nice/helpful. Will use again, if needed. This is top notch healthcare from the comfort of your home. Who wants to have to leave the house & travel to the doctors office while sick?!

Terrible so called doctor said it was…

Terrible so called doctor said it was just a cold meanwhile next day went to a real doctor i had an obvious Infection was given antibiotics. The so called doctor at this place barely spoke English i told him to let me speak to Jennifer who actually knows how to pratice medicine him and the company wouldn't and basically wasted my time luckily enough I went to doctor next day and didnt take the terrible advice given to me. I will never use this service again after 4 years of using the company because of the company has terrible customer service and that doctor was a waste of time and money.

So convenient when you are on a tight…

So convenient when you are on a tight schedule and can't get into the doctor or you have to wait in room for 2 hours. I talked to nurse, the doctor and my prescription called in within a half hour both time i used them and they are cheaper than little clinic and urgent care. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

I had been quite sick for days...then I called memd.com

I had been quite sick for days, unable to get out of bed, eat, sleep or even get to a dr. I had used memd.com for a prescription when my PCP was out of town. This was my first venture into concierge medicine. I felt it was my only option, as my husband was insistent I get a professional opinion. He agreed to memd.com, because concierge medicine is covered under our insurance in 2020. The process was simple, the physician was skilled and the diagnosis was prompt and accurate. A script was sent to my pharmacy immediately, picked up by my husband and I was on my way to wholeness and health. The cost was less than minute clinic, urgent care or the ER. This is the face of medicine today, and I think it is wonderful and life-changing. I embrace it 100%. We used the service again with our son 2 days later, resulting in the same marvelous results. I am recommending memd.com to everyone I know!

$25 for a 10 second call. Doctor did not take me seriously and advised me to obtain an OTC medication.

I called in for a refill

I called in for a refill, which I do once a year to keep my $125 copay down... I have always gotten a 90 day refill. Not this time, it’s only BP medicine.... will not be using MeMD again.

I Love MeMD

1. I love MeMD because I don’t have to wait in long lines at the ER or urgent care centers.
2.The price is cost efficient
3. I can be seen by video chat or audio chat from a licensed physician and medical professional in my area!
4. And, what I really like about MeMD is that the doctor was very caring and concerned about what my symptoms were (nausea) after which he was able to prescribe the right medication, that I needed at pharmacy close by that made me feel 100% better after taking them as directed!

I’m definitely going to tell others about MeMD

I told all my friends immediately after talking to the doctor of how easy and wonderful it was to not have to sit in a waiting room full of people with the flu just to treat my sinus infection!
I will always call first!

As with the status quo of most doctor offices.. They are usually running you in and out like a herd of cattle not really taking the time to show care or time to diagnose for that matter.. They take one symptom and run with it not interested in anything else
