I love love love this brand
I love love love this brand! Lovely core pieces for your wardrobe that I go back to time and time again. Just perfect for my shape, hanging (and not clinging) in all the right places. Quick delivery too.

Perfection!
This is a new Company for me, came across them on FB and their goals and "message" seemed to fit my needs so thought I'd order a few pieces.
They have exceeded my expectations! The clothes (2 tops and a pair of trousers) are beautifully made, great quality fabrics and the fit is as they advertised. The trousers have a 7cm hem for us taller ladies although with Summer coming, I may just leave them as they are and wear slightly cropped. Will definitely be buying again, cannot recommend highly enough. From order to wearing, everything was perfect! Thank you

Incorrect sizing and advertising.
Really disappointed with this product.
I saw the adverts on social media and being lady of a larger size saw that clothing was being made for the fuller figure and made for larger ladies. I bought 2 pairs of black trousers in 2 sizes, 18 and 20, I cannot get either of the pair on. I am size 18 and can fit into Next, M and S, and H & M similar size trousers. If these are designed for the fuller figure, not sure where measurements came from?
I am in the process of sending them back, but it is their interaction that has surprised me.
I commented on the same social media post that attracted me to purchase the trousers, and did a polite comment.
I got a reply stating better luck next time!
I replied again and explained sizes from the high street that I could buy, and to be honest the product was on sale so full price is more expensive than the high street!
I got a reply again to state that small business and are trying to get sizing right! However Melyr advertise for larger ladies.
I will receive my refund go back to high street stores, where I can get the size.

Hi Gilly, I hope you are well and having a lovely week. I am really sorry about the experience you have had with our Sienna MELYRFLEX Slim leg Stretch Trouser. I can confirm we have received them back and have refunded your account in full including your original postage.
Whilst we are not able to comment on individual customer sizing we have many extremely happy customers (as can be seen on our review platforms TRUSTPILOT & JUDGE ME). Based on this information, we believe our sizing/advertising is just and correct for our business.
Trousers have one of the highest returns rates in our industry, this is because every customer carries their weight differently and leg lengths vary dramatically. This is one of the reasons we offer free returns.
In relation to our correspondence, again I draw your attention to our review platforms. Customer service is hugely important to us so I am very surprised to hear your comments. I have checked back on the social media thread and this is not how we answered your comment.
We are a tiny new company and these type of comments are extremely damaging to our business.
I really hope you feel able to reconsider your review and are able to take it down.
