I am posting an update regarding my previous review.
It has now been several days since I made my deposit, and the funds have still not been properly credited to my account balance. Support confirmed they can “see the deposit” and stated that it requires manual processing, but no clear timeframe has been provided.
I have requested:
Confirmation of the exact amount received
Confirmation of allocation to my account
A clear processing timeline
So far, I have not received a precise or satisfactory explanation.
I will update this review again if the issue is resolved. Transparency and proper fund allocation are critical for any investment platform.
