Iam extremely disappointed with this Company
I am extremely disappointed with this product. the name of the Company is " MEK magnet" but they are selling a product that is not magnetic at all. In fact, "it sucks" . I've spent over $1,100 on a product that is literally falling off my 2004 "metal base chevy truck" .
I requested at least a partial refund, and all I get is silence. The next step is to report this fraudulent company to the better business Burrough (BBB) and file a complaint. Very disappointed. don't even deserve one star.

Hi Josso, the material you selected was the nano-hold technology material which is not a magnet and prior to production we had this discussion. We also provided the care and maintenance instructions which were also discussed with your designer in person. Our product is removable trail armor and not a vinyl wrap. You purchased this so you do have the flexibility of taking it off when off the clock but you did not remove it in over a year and did not maintain it per instructions resulting in the panels getting damaged. It's really important to use a product as designed and instructed and you will get great use out of it.

Absolutely love these gel magnets! The adhesion is incredible, the style (Black Flag) is outstanding and the quality of the material is great. They go the extra mile and cut some extra flags and strips with the extra material the is not used for anything else! Dealing with Monika was first rate and quick replies on questions. Love dealing with a company that appreciates its customers. I'm a lifetime customer. The little details they go to for fit is exceptional. Thanks MEK!

Hi Steve! I hope we were able to resolve your issue as I am seeing this review very, very late. I see in our system that your order was delivered four days after ordering so hopefully the hiccup was no more than a day late with our carrier.
