The experience was good and their support is responsive!

The game arrived fully wrapped but filled with sand or dust, fortunately no damaged components but too much sand that it makes it uncomfortable to play

Best shipping experience I ever had from the UK to the USA.

Ordered an airship mini from this company, they were very helpful. Their pricing and shipping costs are extremely competitive and I would have no hesitation in buying from Meeples Corner again.

I Pre-Ordered something because it was at that point the cheapest shop including the Shipping costs but i could not see any information in my order that they do not charge VAT for other European Countrys or that you have to pay customs fee!

I also never experienced it in the last 20 years and i import a lot from the UK!

Summary:
My Order was 40,95€ + Shipping 16,95 € = 57,90 €

That was ok for me until the package arrived and they said i have to pay customs fees + VAT

Which was 9,63€ customs fee + 7,50€ VAT = 17,13€

So i payed know at the end 75,03€...... -.-

So avoid this shop and look for a shop in your country if you are not from the UK

Game arrived on time and was very well packaged. The seller was responsive to queries.

Good quality product as described, easy to order, order sent out quickly and delivered within a few days. Only slight downside was the confusing updates from FedEx over delivery but if you ignore their messages it was delivered in good time and securely.

Fine I said, since brexit we have to pay additional taxes. And this is a gift.
It gets to my European country and I get an alert that I have to pay an additional 12.50 in taxes as they weren’t done prior to sending.
Now this is the breakdown of my purchase:
Order 16.99
Postage 24.49
It’s shocking. Because this order was a gift I paid, otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered and gotten a refund.
Never buy from this or any uk store again if you’re in Europe or outside uk, they don’t fill out the forms like they’re supposed to.

I did order the game on 3rd of May and now is 19 od May and i still did not receive it...

Quick turnaround on a query followed by fast delivery to the other side of the world for this happy customer. (It would be easier on the wallet if there was an economy shopping option.)

I ordered a board game and paid 20€ of delivery fee on the website. There was no mention of having to pay any other fees anywhere. It turned out that I had to pay 32.75 extra euros to the delivery guy in order to collect the package as "boarder fees". So at the end I paid 50€ delivery. I strongly do not recommend to order from any European countries outside UK as the delivery fees are just not worth it. It is ridiculous that there is not information on the web site when you buy the product about such a high border fee. And is ridiculous that they charge you 20€ of delivery if than you have to add 30 more.
(Nothing to say about the actual game. It is in perfect condition)
