I’ve been using Meelio in my practice and it’s honestly made a big difference to how I work.
The care plan creation saves me so much time. After a consultation, I used to spend ages pulling everything together and formatting it properly. Now I can generate a structured plan quickly and then tweak it so it fully reflects my voice and recommendations. It still feels like my work, just without the heavy admin.
I also really like the meal plan feature. It helps me create clear, personalised meal plans without starting from scratch every time. That means I can spend more time thinking clinically and less time building documents.
For me, the biggest benefit is that it reduces the background workload. I can focus more on my clients and less on paperwork, which is exactly how it should be.
