Their stuff isn't actually accepted.
You just spend a lot of money for them to tell you "we think what you learn is still valuable" even though your job or license won't accept it

I chose Medtigo to assist with my certification process due to their competitive pricing, as I was overwhelmed with a high volume of work assignments. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of my worst decisions. Their service was shockingly incompetent and unbearably slow, to the point where I had to take matters into my own hands and to complete the certification process myself. When I requested a refund, their response was dismissive: 'Since you received the certificate, we’ve fulfilled our job.' This company added stress instead of alleviating it, and I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for reliable support.

Do not waste your money. I have licenses in multiple states, always did it myself. This time I was going through a very busy time in life and decided to get their help. Thecustomer service is very poor. If your license process end up needing further process, they do not take responsibilities, will never answer your questions, just keep sending you bills for services that will not even have any proof of being done.

Even though I unsubscribed from receiving emails, they kept sending me emails. There is no "unsubcribe" button or link in their email, I have to send an email to request it.

Medtigo, one of my favorite source of knowledge. My journey begins with the BLS course that was really helpful and well explained, and now I’m getting ready for the next point of my roadmap by taking the other courses as soon as possible. Very recommended

I found medigo online when I needed to recertify for ACLS. The website was extremely easy to use and the information was very clearly presented. The exam was straightforward and reflected the study materials. This was the second time I used medtigo and I will certainly continue to utilize it.

I would love to continue learning from Medtigo Education because It was brilliant, very organized and straightforward especially with the use of charts simply because I love picture learning.
