Our office has been working with your company for many years. But something changes. Last November it took almost 6 weeks to get it, and after we did receive it, it was expired with 11/2021 date. In our last shipment, Dysport (only 1) was traveling around for too long and the ice was all melted. When I spoke to Zoe, she gave hard time. She asked me to take the temperature, but none of our thermometer was showing the temperature. But Dysport was never placed in the freezer after we received it, so the temperature is at room temperature. Sometimes, I have to wait 2 to 3 days to get the phone call back after we leave the message. I placed an order on May 20, 2022 and as of today it hasn't been shipped yet. Before, we never had problems like and the people that used to work for the company were extremely professional & nice, not like now.For all the problems that we had in the last 10 months, we deserve good credit to apply for future orders. I have been doing business with this company over a decade. I have been very pleased with the products, the customer service, and the promotions offered. The one time I had a problem was the fault of shipping, the company credited my account and made it right immediately. I give 5 stars with no hesitation.
