I liked the reminder about the upcoming change in the law starting on Oct. 22. I'm concerned how many people this will affect who get their meds from Canadian pharmacies. Your website is easy to navigate and reordering is not a problem unless the prescription has run out. Pricing is really good and affordable. I don't have to choose between my meds or paying bills.

You accepted my money but wanted to apply it to someone else's order. I received nothing, but I was able to stop payment on my check which cost me $30. Now I need to file a complaint with the Canadian board of pharmacy's or whoever to investigate these people as in my opinion they are not reliable.

Price and convenience

The price is the greatest thing, even though it has gone up, still much better than US. Also I receive quickly, I love their chat system.

I continue to wait on a shipment. Order placed on 7/28/26, still not delivered yet 9/11/26. Changes in US customs is causing delays. MedsEngage needs to do a better job of communicating with customers about the potential delays and options available. I have been using MedsEngage for mor than 8 years. I have experienced shipping issues in the past, but not to this extent.

All agents are very polite, calling back if I left a message and trying to help. Been with MedsEngage for couple of years already never had a problem. J.
