Dear all, be careful this website is fake, they are cheating, they told no money to refund
I please the order on 26th August 2019 and they have given a fake shipping tracking number, after one month they told “sorry we will reship please bear with us” another one month pass same scenario happened and waited for another one month, again they told the same story for the third time, then I realized they are cheating, I requested my money back but they told “ please wait few days” then “ sorry we don’t have money now, wait” then wait for 4 days” then “we awaiting money from our client” it is real disaster, I never recommend anybody to deal with them.

Goods are first class, Delivery dead slow
Goods are first class, comms with company were also good. However the delivery was extremely slow to the point where I thought they had got lost. Also the DHL tracking system, at one point, told me package not found.
To deliver a small package from India to Thailand via Hamburg, Germany seems a very strange way to do business.
However I am pleased with the goods and will order again, from this company, in the future
