I waited for over a week to hear anything back about my application. So I rang and was told that I needed to provide further information about my business. I thought a phone call or email regarding this would have been warranted, but instead I had to follow up

After reviewing your application, I can see that our team did attempt to call you and your file was placed into a status that triggers automated emails and text messages asking you to contact us so we could obtain some additional information needed to progress the approval. It is possible the emails may have landed in a junk folder, however you should also have received our SMS notifications.
That said, we completely understand how waiting without clear contact can be frustrating, and we appreciate you taking the time to follow up. We have reviewed this internally with the team to see how we can make communication clearer in situations like this.

Very helpful and friendly customer service.
I was already so stressed and worried about having to organise unexpected surgery for my diabetic dog. With so many other things to worry about like the long trip to Sydney and accomodation. Medipay were very helpful and fast and approving the loan to help pay for the surgery. They are very quick at replying to emails and I would highly recommend them
