Very poor service for experienced professionals. If you are experienced, do not use them as they will treat you like you are a junior and negotiate the lowest salary package for you. I will never use them again.

The Danish language courses were perfect..they really help a lot complete beginners to get into the language really fast and effectively.. Especially the tutor Viktoria Sulyok had been amazing..I can't wait to start my next session.. thanks a lot Medicolink and thanks a lot especially you Vicky..

My husband and I are both Dutch but used to work in the United Kingdom. We couldn't work in the Netherlands due to a surplus in doctors and we were not happy with the challenging situation in the National Health Service in the United Kingdom.

Our move to Denmark via Mediclink was the best decision ever. Folk can sort themselves of course. One can move to Danmark, learn the language there and sort everything out themselves. However, that is likely the hard way to do this. Medicolink helps in arranging and sorting things to make the move so much more smoothly. Their teachers teach you the language in an excellent way (got many compliments of native Danish people!). Furthermore, they help you also to find a house, to get a license to practice (Really, we did not do anything except delivering our documents to Medicolink) and getting the permission to stay. Last but not least, the staff of Medicolink looked after our cat during our mid-way trip to Denmark. They do everything to get you to Denmark.

So, if you consider moving abroad, we can recommend Denmark. It is a very well organised, non-hierarchic, child-friendly country. And if you look at Denmark, consider Medicolink. The team can help you to move to Denmark. We would choose them again, because of that fantastic team that helped with literally everything.

Going through an Agency makes it so easier, Medicolink helped so much. It's great to have someone who can give you advice and take care of every details when moving to a new country.

When you would like to go abroad to work you need a good job, good language skill and a lot of help in according to integration. These are the policies of Medicolink.

I recommend Medicolink out of any doubt for every doctor or dentist who may be interested in working abroad.Despite the dificulties that occur in any relocation, I was helped (and I am still helped)by a young and really friendly and fair team.The terms of contract has been respected but the help has come beyond also.The Danish school in Budapest has an incredible efficiency thanks to flexibility of the teachers and a special concept of the courses created by the teacher s leader.Both management of the school and the recruiting team are controlled after a danish model and it is also flexible and adapted to candidates and candidates family interest and necessities.The business plan seems original to me and the risks are perfectly shared between Medicolink and the candidate.Danemark it is also a viable option.

My true and completely sincere opinion of Medicolink - in four words - is: they are simply the best...
Before I started my application to work in Denmark I had been exploring for some time most of the recruiters for this unique country. My investigation included at least a dozen of trustworthy colleagues' opinion that had already had experience with different recruiting companies , not to mention my personal knowledge.

After 6 months in Denmark with family, two children (2 and 4 years old). I have to say at this was a great decision to come here to Denmark. This was a great but a very hard decision but Medicolink gave all the help which we needed and additionally a great and complete language course and practical knowlegde from the basics to a very usefel level. They here in Denmark were amazed by our knowlegde both of language and culture.

We arrived in Denmark in 2010, with 4 kids aged between 1.5-7 years. Our main reason to travel was to give our children the opportunity to learn in English in full time. We could not afford that in Hungary, thus we struggled and needed our family’s economic support in spite of my husband being an IT-specialist and me being a psychiatrist. We did not have the intention to settle down in Denmark forever. In fact, it was a very painful decision to leave behind our bigger family and our home in Budapest.
I had a very well planned, thorough introduction course to the Danish language with Medicolink for 5 ½ months. I would like to emphasize, that we were paid under the course, and could 100% focus on learning (not every agency does that). Nevertheless, it took me several months to accommodate to real-life Danish. For the family as a whole, it took about half a year to get in terms with the new conditions.
As mentioned above, we chose international school for the children. Compared to those children who started in integrative classes and afterwards in Danish classes, we have had definitely less problems with the children suiting in. On the other hand, they still feel more convenient with English than with Danish. We always speak Hungarian at home and they have had a Hungarian teacher via internet once a week.
During the first 3,5 years we lived in Aalborg. They have had a shortage of psychiatrist for a long time. Therefore we were urged to take on responsibilities very early (which was very hard and consuming), at the same time we gained confidence and more or less respect relatively fast. At the time we arrived, Aalborg had already established a system for the newly arrived foreign psychiatrists with further language training and introduction to psychiatric practice (the latter in the hospital). Those who came without the support of an agency, have had a much harder time to come into psychiatry, as I saw later in Copenhagen.
Since my husband could not find a job as an IT-specialist in Aalborg (despite he finished the top level Danish course and he is fluent in English), we moved to Copenhagen. In a few months, he had to choose from 3 different job offers (interestingly enough, one would have been in the public sector, despite his far from perfect Danish…).He has had the same job since then with great satisfaction: in an international environment, and in an atmosphere where they would like to keep their employees as long as possible.

I am very grateful to Aalborg (especially to my former boss on the intensive psychiatric ward), without them we would not be in Copenhagen today. Working there was very exhausting for me- and not at all possible for my husband. We still miss the Hungarian community there, that was very well organised and had different cultural activities for different age groups (e.g.book-club, festive occasions, playhouse for children).
In Copenhagen there are more possibilities around (schools, sports, cultural events) and it is also easier and cheaper to travel to Hungary from here.
As far as savings concerned, it became first possible after my husband started to work. On the other hand, we could afford private school all the way long from a single salary.
At the beginning, we planned to stay for 4-5 years. Now, we are in the 6th year and still here.

This letter is my personal recommendation for Medicolink - the recruitment agency.
