It was good but the application process of the phone took almost two and a half hours so that part I didn't like but other than that I don't have any problems with it.

Excellent staff, Kevin and Angela who helped me sign up for medical insurance. They were thorough, personable and their expertise was very much appreciated.

I spoke with David Van and he was very helpful. He explained everything thing in detail and he helped me better understand a couple of things that confused me. Once we got through his process I spoke with a very pleasant young lady Lakisha Martin. Che confirmed everything and actually let me know my application was excepted. All in all I was pleased with the way things went.

Interesting don’t know I got disconnected before I was done. I never got a confirmation number and no one has called me back.

Of this is the one that got me my anthem blue cross blue shield.I truly was blessed to the gentleman that took care of me he was amazing at checking what was best for me we were on phone e three hours an not one time did he seem tired or wanting to not find me the best option an helped checking to make sure all my doctors an hospital accepted the insurance I was amazed at what he all did for me I cant thank you enough an the lady that confirmed it was also so sweet an re checked it also I need to find the names again want to thank them personally so again I was very impressed with it all God bless you both
