Very helpful and knowledgeable. Quick and easy ordering and delivery

I transferred from another clinic to medicann, from my experience I've not had one issue. Very easy to use. My medication is here the next day if I order before 2:30.

Great service

Great Company , I have never had a reason to complain , does what it says on the tin and does it very well

Very professional & helpful staff. Really easy to arrange repeat prescriptions. Great pain relief.

Brilliant service, hassle free and requests are processed same day makes everything easy

Must say my experience with Medicann is first rate. The prescription service runs smoothly and quickly, and when I needed a travel letter at the last minute for a trip to Europe, it was sent within a day. I highly recommend Medicann.

Good service pleasant people very helpful

Very happy with the service

Experience was good throughout. The website needs improvement though. Apart from that, spot on!

Medicann is hands down the most genuine and caring company I’ve used! The people and the service are great, attentive to patient care and are efficient in their delivery.

After using numerous different clinics and experiencing some really bad treatment, even medical abuse from one company, Medicann is the only clinic I can safely recommend. Avoid CB1 Medical like the plague!! If you want to avoid abuse, judgement and pharmaceutical agent posing as caregivers then go straight to Medicann for true genuine and efficient care!

Thank you again Medicann, may you keep helping those who need true and natural healthcare 🙏🏼

Changed my life. I left a clinic to come this one. So much better, much more knowledgeable and so helpful. I had cause to use the help line, all my own fault and what a helpline absolutely brilliant. The whole set up is very well done. Thank you.

I honestly cannot fault my experience with Medicann. From the very beginning the process was professional, straightforward, and handled with genuine care.

After years of dealing with severe chronic pain and struggling to find effective ways to manage it, I looked into medical cannabis as an alternative option. The team at Medicann were understanding, knowledgeable, and never made me feel judged. The consultations were thorough, my medical history was properly reviewed, and everything was explained clearly.

The medication itself has made a real difference to my quality of life, particularly with managing pain in the evenings and improving my sleep. It has provided relief in a way that other medication options had not.

The ordering process, communication, and follow-up care have all been excellent. It feels like you are treated as an individual rather than just another patient.

A big thank you to the Medicann team — I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering whether medical cannabis may be suitable for their condition.

Brilliant great medication and very quick delivery thanks
