This app deserves no stars; it canceled my order after a frustrating 10-day wait. I strongly caution against using it for medicine orders, as it not only lacks sufficient stock but also falsely accepts orders, leading to potential health risks and wasting valuable customer time. The absence of a reliable management system further compounds these issues. Exercise extreme caution when considering this app for your medical needs, and I wish you the best of luck as a customer.

It’s worse application , they assign doctor but their doctor never come on that platform I tried and stayed over there for 1 hour . It’s time pass application you never get response. I would recommend not even put 1 rupee

Worst experience I ever had. No cod option. Once the order is placed there is no option to cancel or refund. Also they will not deliver the product in a timely manner. Don't trust them

Medibuddy is THE BAD health care service provider.

They irritate you for everything. They know nothing about health and care. You will be sick in taking any service from them, and will leave eventually. You will like to better pay from your pocket than to fight with them. Very Very bad service.

I have consult a doctor through MediBuddy for my back acne which can be cure through the creams as those were the minor ones , but doctor recommended me isotretonin which is an accutane with lot of side effects , this medicine is generally recommended for extreme acne conditions, ( hairfall , joint pain, dry skin). Therefore , I got this conditoon of hairfall, however, than I consulted another detmotologist in Mumbai to which I met physically and I think that’s the great thing to see a doctor, and she suggested me to stop immediately taking isotretonin. However, my condition is still improving but one thing is clear to me these doctors on MediBuddy are out of work that’s why they are on MediBuddy, secondary they prescribed high doses for immediate relief and to gain return customer for shorter period of time. My doctor name was Dr. Ravi Khambati. And I am never going to visit MediBuddy and there under qualified doctors. My suggestion to everyone is that go and see the doctor online if only you can also visit them physically in there clinic because that will give you trust and doctor will not able to manipulate you

Worst service from Medibuddy...my husband is retired Sbi employee..the order we place by uploading prescription is never received in full...out of 10 medicines which we place we will receive 2 or 3 only that too not the entire quantity...beyond that they make 12 to 13 calls to us...source of great disturbance to senior citizens like us..if we miss to take the call..we are unable to call back ...such a cumbersome process...just not suitable for senior citizens...please avoid

Very bad service for medicine,they do not deliver medicine on given time and customer service is very bad.They just do not know anything.They are fake.No response and nothing.Please close this brand.

This company is fraud leaking people’s personal Information .
A person from outside country ordered medicine with my phone number . Now, i am receiving calls with his name .

Customer service is so terrible. whenever i orders for medicines it never deliver in 48 hours. I ordered medicine for 27 times of which 20 times order cancelled due to non availability of medicine. Amount recovered from wallet but not deliver. Assured %ge of discount never given. Always bou d to sent mail for proper discount. There is no provision for ZERO star. Otherwise i rank as ZERO star. Be away from Meddibuddy for medicin.

This company is completely chor company. I bought medicines from this chor company from the wallet points given as rewards from my company.

I ordered medicines for around 3000, out of which few medicines were out of stock and was not delivered.

Post that i made atleast 20 calls and same number of emails and followup for atleast 15 days, but did not get my refund back, and answer was that we have adjusted the amount against the delivered medicines and could not be refunded.

Even i was having some amount in my walltet which was taken out without making any orders or without any information.

ON calls, they have some standard set of Answers.
1. you will receive your refund in 24 hours.
2. we have a technical glitch and wait for 24 hours.
3. we will talk to out seniors and get back to you.

Total chor.

I ordered medicine worth rs. 5000 and paid upfront, but around Rs. 3000 worth of medicine were rejected by vendor even after uploading a prescription. It seems they don't check their stocks before taking an order. Most frustrating thing is I've not received a refund yet and their customer service is almost non-existent.

it's very bad customer support please uninstall the app because in emergency conditions the will never help you

I am a TCS employee, we are insured with this company. I entered a claim for the first time in my 12 years of working with TCS. and low and behold, I am thoroughly dissapointed with their customer care service and service overall. They charge extra for the same doctor, for which if you book an appointment directly it costs 200 bucks less. just imagine the fraud.

Worst platform to get your tests done. They will delay the test report(after 48 hours) and ask you to wait. I will highly recommend medibuddy to stop giving false hopes and wrong timings because in the medical field there is no corner for mistakes.

I am an corporate employee and force to have meddibuddy since company took that. It's a one of worst insurance company who will never support on your need. Always creating problems whenever it comes for claim. Please if you really care about your family then don't buy any policy through Meddibuddy.
