Meanthreads is a common online shop , it's a good service you get, and a wide selection of clothes. definitely my favorite clothing store . can certainly recommended.

Ordered a jacket. Didn’t fit so I asked to return it. Several emails later and I’m told o can’t return it because it was on sale! What!!! Ridiculous and if thatis the case they need to say so BEFORE you place the order. This company is a SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM!

Terrible experience. Ordered a shirt which took theree months to arrive. It then looked nothing like the pictures and was a ridiculously small 'Medium' size and the refund then took 7 months. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered what appeared to be a really nice coat from a Facebook ad (a mistake I'll never make again) turned up after 6 weeks and it was appalling in quality and design. I was then told I would not be able to receive a refund on the product (as it was a sale item) to which I argued they state a 'no quibble' returns policy.

Sent it back on the 6th Jan and I have only just received my refund after countless emails and Facebook messages.At one point they asked me to send them all the information they needed again. They also asked me to contact a separate email address despite having all of my details and it being their responsibility at this point to contact me.

I haven't been this let down since watching Batman vs Superman. I only hope others see this review before going ahead with a purchase.

Yes I got my fingers burnt by this company - ordered a mans sized large coat for my 6" son and after waiting 5 weeks a child's extra large arrived!
I emailed and messaged them to be told the uk site had closed and I'd have to return to USA instead. It cost me 17.00 to return and after further 6 weeks of contact with mean threads they blocked me and I've neither recieved a returned item or refund.
I am disgusted and 77.00 out of pocket which I can ill afford.
Would like to take this company out of business but struggling who to contact... Any ideas?

If i can give a negative score, I would. Ordered £89 worth of items as they had a sale and saw an advertisement on facebook. Jokes on me for not checking for reviews before I buy and I didn't receive the items at all. Calls are not being answered, my emails ignored and basically all the money gone plus stress.

I have decided to just leave it and learn. Don't be fooled by those people posting that they've got the items they have ordered, if you look at their profile they have less than 10 friends so probably a dummy account. You can't even leave a comment on their facebook page and the final nail in the coffin is that they block you.

Theyre a wunch of bankers and I wouldnt wipe my backside in any degrees that the CEO claims to have. I cant wait to read that he has been locked up and stripped of any assets

Bought an "Assassin's Creed" jumper from them, they promised it would take 3-days for delivery. It took 4 WEEKS. Do NOT buy from them. The same people who run "Mean Threads" are also running "Guy's T-Shirt Company" and "Serpent Urban Art Clothing", meaning if you buy from and sign up for a newsletter from either company, you WILL get the other guises spamming you CONSTANTLY.

Ordered some items and never received them. Tried to contact customer service via Facebook and Twitter, received a reply over a week later that made it clear they hadn't read my enquiry at all.

Tried to contact them again, and they blocked me. I had to go through the bank to recover my money.

AVOID!

2 shirts ordered from these guys were of the most poorest quality ever seen. I ordered for cotton shirts and i got some rubbish that feels like polyester. The goods are ordered from china and they claim to have the goods in the UK. If the items had good quality one can overlook. But the quality of the shirts are extremely terrible. Avoid this website at all cost like the plague cos they are out to rip you off with fake goods.

Ordered two t-shirts received one with the other it never came, their customer service is appalling because they have your money and no they're not going to get a returning customer so why bother caring about customers.

Lost money with this poor excuse of a company stay well clear

The absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!!

Ordered an item in November last year. Received an email to say it had been delivered

When I checked the tracking, the item had been signed for, but I was at work all day and it was not my signature!

When I mentioned this to the company the reply I got was "You should report it to the Police because some just took your goods". Looking at the past reviews, this isn't the first time someone has had the same complaint about this company, so something dodgy is going on here!

I then asked for their number to call them, which they provided me with. But the phone has been off the hook ever since!!

When I tried to contact them through Facebook I was quickly blocked!

So now I am £20 down, no item, and this company is still allowed to trade?

And to top it off, I found it for much cheaper on a Chinese web site. So they're buying stuff from China and selling it on at an extremely over inflated price!!!

This is really a rubbish site for shopping. I am very dissatisfied with the rubbish quality of the products. The staffs there are very much unfriendly and apathetic. They delivered my products in a very prolonged time . I will never keep shopping from them and tell my friends about rough experience.

To sum up, I ordered a jacket and the one I got sent either was the wrong jacket or was at least different to the picture advertised. I contacted Mean Threads saying I wanted to return them in which they accepted. So they told me to leave a note in the package with the order number etc, so I taped the note to the actual jacket package inside the parcel.

I personally sent it via signed for royal mail which cost me nearly £4, but did not hear anything for days. I then contacted them and they had no record of my item returning until I mentioned I had it signed for and then they suddenly found it.

So eventually they agreed a refund and said it would be with me in 2-3 working days. 2 days later I receive a package from them which I didn't even bother opening. I contacted them and eventually received a response saying I needed to return the item to get my refund which I said I did but by their mistake they sent it and I was not going to spend even more money posting the jacket back to them again at my expense over their mistake when they already agreed a refund.

Eventually after persuasion and legal threats saying I would take legal action, they sent me a free post label. Well first of all, It is only accepted at certain stations which would cost me money to travel to and it didn't even have the right details on. Their response being to cross it out and write my details on. Well after the incident when they apparently didn't receive my item the first time, I wasn't going to do this as the recorded number would be wrong and I would have no proof of postage.

So in the end I said you either get this package yourself, give me the money first and I will post it at the allocated delivery site or I will take further legal action.

Well they kept playing dumb so I went to my bank, showed them all the evidence, i.e. the item I received compared to the item I got and all the chat logs and receipts of me posting the first time. And I have now after over 3 months got my money back from my bank.

TO SUM UP: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Look at their reviews on multiple websites, I wish I did so I didn't have to go through this..

Ordered a watch 29th December 2015 and it still has not arrived. I emailed the company and they told me they were tracking it and would email me back and I haven't heard from them in 2 weeks.
Any attempt at a complaint causes you to be blocked by them on social media

It's an absolute scam. Poor quality products from China that take weeks to arrive and... Wrong size. They will not give a refund even after paying for it to be delivered by RM special delivery and requesting one. They returned the item to me, which I wouldn't be seen dead in.

My daughter ordered a shirt for her boyfriend. When it did finally arrive we have never seen such disgusting, low end quality. After trying to contact them with no response and being blocked on Facebook like many other people she finally spoke to them. Their comment is - it is custom made and not returnable!! We will take this further! People do not order from a dispecable, non caring site such as this!

I ordered a couple of items on the 1st of November and still haven't received them. The tracking number doesn't work and they have insisted for the past two months my items are on their way, never shopping here again 👍🏻

Very poor customer service after the item I received was of poor quality. They simply dismissed my issues and were not willing to comply.
I certainly won't be ordering from them again.. and strongly advise anyone else to do the same.
