Didn’t place my order

i made a order and i got the text saying it was confirmed,and when i went i was told there was no order and i waited longer

They didn't have my order or recognize the confirmation number.

Nearly a week has passed with no customer service support. I’ve previously been refunded multiple times in MealSlash credits because of problems with my orders, but this time, when I attempted to use those credits, I was charged more than the amount of my purchase; my order was never placed properly, and I received no support.
Orders are constantly late, refunds are frequently issued because of errors, and sometimes refunds are not issued at all. Use MealSlash with extreme caution because it genuinely feels like a gamble whether you will receive your food.
On August 9, I placed an order scheduled for 6:30 PM. There was no pickup, confirmation, or communication whatsoever, even by 9 PM. When I checked the following day, the system suddenly showed that my order had been “confirmed” for 3:10 PM, despite that time having already passed. I received no explanation, was overcharged, never received the food, and have still not been refunded for an error on their end.
The overall customer service and quality of the service have declined significantly. It may work properly the first few times, or even intermittently afterward, but do not be surprised if you eventually lose money on an order and receive neither your food nor a refund. At this point, using MealSlash genuinely feels like a gamble.

Dumb cheap prices for Chipotle! Got two bowls with extra protein and extra guac , for a mere total of $13.47. If this ain’t a steal, then what is???

never using another meal service

Ordered my burritos like I have before but this time when I went into chipotle the employees were saying my order didn’t exist. Mind you I got there 5-10mins after it was supposed to be picked up. Ended up ordering a singular burrito in line since I wasted my money on the two burritos I ordered on mealslash☹️

After placing my order, I realized I selected the wrong chipotle. I asked for help to fix the address repeatedly, and received ZERO support. I’m very dissatisfied and I will not be using mealslash again unless the order is fully refunded and or placed at the correct chipotle that I requested not ever 10 minutes after I placed the order at like 1:30.
