Had great service but was disappointed with not getting my voucher by email, I had to pay extra money to have it posted. Think this should be an option on your website for the future.

The order went through
The order went through, payment taken, so I was happy I could check one more Christmas gift off my list. But some time later I was told the item was unavailable. Payment promptly refunded — but disappointing I was not informed when I ordered that it was unavailable.

I ordered an item that was not in stock, in fact it was discontinued. This is not the first time this has happened with this store and my family. The online content is not up to date and it's frustrating. The only reason I'm giving 2stars is because the customer service was quick to provide a refund.
