If I could award zero stars I would!

Ordered breakfast from the mcdelivery app, tracked the delivery, could see the driver was lost, could not communicate with the driver, my order got cancelled, drove to the store to complain, they directed me to the app and said I should contact uber for a refund. Took 2 hours to get a refund and did not get a breakfast that I ordered.i had to call three different places for the refund.

No one seems to care that you want food, the primary reason for using the website in the first place.

Not even the store manager or the senior manager provided me with any food.

Order was wrong

Order was wrong, ordered the Archer Meal through the McDonald's App, but the burger didn't arrive.

Tried to contact but there is no easy way to make contact and raise issues, so i ended up driving over to collect a fresh order. 2 nd time this has happened lately.

Staff inside McDonald's were awesome and fixed the order quickly.

Use the takeaway or eat in the restaurant as the delivery service lately has been terrible.

Don't waste your money

I used to order food on here with no issues but then after a long shift I ordered food for me and my partner. The first time it was delivered all of my partners food was there but my quarter pounder meal with cucumber sticks were missing only my drink arrived. I tried calling the restaurant with no luck after multiple times so since I needed to eat I ordered just my meal again and I got my drink and burger and no cucumber sticks. I had to jump through hoops to get any sort of refund and then I only got £4.39. The fact in the end I had paid for a burger and 2 cucumber sticks I never got as well as having to pay the delivery and service charge twice is ridiculous. Never trust the delivery only use the app if you are doing collection so you can let the staff know straight away if something is missing and they can fix it straight away.

Never get it right and stone cold.

Ordered McDonald’s through Mcdelivery a few weeks back and some of the order was missing what was there was cold. McDonald’s wash their hands of a responsibility and tell us to contact Uber Eats but ultimately McDonald’s pack and seal the bags so how on earth can Uber eats delivery person know there was something wrong. Anyway as instructed I contact Uber Eats who refund me a couple of pounds because although the main item of my meal was missing I had cold soggy fries and a drink so they would only refund a third of the meal and alongside the £4 that I paid for delivery, large fries that got binned and a coke cost me nearly £10. Contact McDonald’s head office who did apologise and said they needed to do better. The trouble is they just don’t. I thought I’d try again last night and all the order was there however the fries were only half full and very undercooked and the whole order was again stone cold. I don’t know if it’s just the Hastings branch where they collect this food from but it is absolutely awful and I’m done. Sadly everybody I have spoken to about Mcdelivery experiences problems and are directed to Uber Eats only to get nowhere.

Food Poisoning & Non-Existent Support

This service is absolutely ridiculous, every single time I've ordered through this service there is a major issue with the orders and most recently today I got food poisoning from a burger item because it was not cooked. This is a poor excuse of a business and honestly fraudulent as I reported this issue and the matter was not taken seriously and always told nothing can be done, whilst my health has been affected by their poor quality items, I threw up profusely and now feeling poorly meanwhile the business takes no accountability for this serious health concern, offers no assistance whatsoever and contacting support is redundant as they only reply with the same set of responses all rigged to say nothing can be done. The food poisoning issue was ignored and no compensation offered, just incompetent service and fraudulent business. I would score -10 if I could.

I tried to contact them 15mins before they closed to query my order and nobody responded.

I was so disappointed to find that they had texted instead of calling me.

I wasted about £20 worth of food and didn't receive a refund.

I’ve given up ordering McDelivery

I’ve given up ordering McDelivery, everytime I have, something went wrong! Cold food, wrong order, something missing and this last time, my order said it was delivered but I didn’t receive it! Money wasted!! Hungry and disappointed child and I lost money!!
I’ve deleted my account and the useless app!!

Avoid mcdelivery at all costs

Ordered of food £35 and was never delivered, can’t get through to customer service. Spoke to the restaurant manager who couldn’t do anything as she said it was ordered through uber eats and isn’t their responsibility. Never ordering from either again shouldn’t be allowed to run businesses this way, disgusting

Terrible!!!

I used Mcdelivery for my boarding school students and they missed items or changed items multiple times and were unable to get any compensation or replacement. It's terrible!!!

Ordered via McDelivery at Fareham UK, who use UBEREATS, the driver didn't even turn up, not even near the building, yet we've been charged the full order. Absolute diabolical.
Upon asking for an explanation after being notified our order was delivered, we were told "sorry, nothing we can do". Not even any sympathy or resolution option.
These people are criminals! Never use them.

mcdelivery food…cold but cos turned up reasonable time it's ok whatever state it is alsong as in time

Just ordered from mcdelivery food arrived cold a big Mac , quarter pounder & 2 fries I complained to ubereats but was told to phone dedicated team mcdelivery all they said cos food arrived in certain times it doesn't matter what state it is mine was so cold I threw it away , they done nothing just said it was my choice to throw it away ABSOLUTE JOKE SHAME ON YOU MCDELIVERY

That's what mcdelivery says, they sent a man on a bike, the order took one hour to arrive and was stone cold.

Raised a complaint only to be told that it met their internal guidelines. Vile that companies are allowed to behave like this.

Avoid using the McDelivery Service!!
I placed a Simple Order with easy delivery address and it was not-delivered. Only problem was that the app said the driver tried to contact me and i may want to call. There had been no call to me from the driver, and also my number had been blocked so i could not make contact. Then the app said my order had been delivered when it hadn’t. I phoned McDelivery which was in fact Uber. Firstly they said the driver said he delivered it and I adamantly advised he was lying. They then said they had triggered a refund and if i did not receive it to then contact McDonalds. I phoned McDonalds and they said phone Uber. In the end i had to contact my bank who disputed the transaction and thankfully i now have the money back in my account. DO NOT use this service as you risk being charged and receiving no food. How do they get away with this? Surely, this practice does not comply with legal rules for online shopping? There is simply no protection for customers when using these types of services.

Joke of a service

Joke. Ordered, order stone cold when received and items missing. McDonald’s can’t help, just passed the blame to Uber eats, who were as useful as a chocolate teapot. McDonald’s should be responsible for packing the food. I am boycotting.
