Looks nice from the outside and typically has an impressive inventory. Just hope you dont have to use their service center unless you are prepared to be robbed blind, overcharged, and get your car back with more issues than when you dropped it off. The worst is after you pay your outrageous service center bill, surprise, your car is filthy and has fluid, grease, oil, and other solvent residue at any touch point that was made.
I suppose it wouldn't be as offensive and feel more like getting carjacked if they at least provided the services they claimed to have provided. More often they dont seem to take the time to verify issue resolution, let alone guarantee their workmanship.
I've had a few recurring issues that pop up, and the selling dealer never charged a penny -- even when the vehicle was out of warranty. This dealership, not only charges astronomical labor rates, and then attempts to avoid any kind of accountability by pouring salt on your undercarriage (well not really, but it's equally as abrasive and insulting when) they claim even more service and labor work is now needed to "maybe" fix the issue, that they said they fixed last service appointment, and maybe not the visit before that, but 2 visits prior... you see how this is working now...
Nobody seems to really care or have any sense of pride in what they are doing. They surely dont share the passion many of their customers have for their vehicles which is said when we the premium tax is added and added and added at every chance they can get.
