Huge thank you to John and the team and MBL. I enquired for an urgent delivery, emailed back within minutes and was given updates the whole way along. Delivered on time. Fantastic service and customer service!! Will definitely use them again.

What fantastic service! They helped me with an urgent delivery, same day with updates all along the way. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them!

Mblconnect delivered a fast and professional service to me and my family when we left a bag containing all our travel documents and other important items in our holiday b&b! They found the fastest and most reasonable courier service and kept us regularly updated. The package arrived right on time and we were able to proceed with our travels. Excellent!

I have never used a delivery company this efficient before. Pick up for a same day delivery, within an hour, updates during transit, confirmation when delivered some 130 miles away. Recipient was absolutely delighted. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MBL Connect.

Fast, Reliable and Professional

I highly recommend MBL Connect. Their service was quick, responsive, and communication was excellent throughout the entire process.

I found MBL through a Google search for "Same Day Delivery" when I needed an important document transported from Warwickshire to East Sussex. I called at around 6pm and was immediately given options to have a driver collect the document within the hour or at a time that suited me.

I chose to arrange the delivery for the following day. That same evening, I received a quote and confirmation of the allocated driver and vehicle.
The next day, the driver arrived on time for collection, and the document was delivered within the estimated timeframe. I also received email confirmation of delivery, along with generous 30-day payment terms.
A special thank you to John, Gabby, and Saima for their excellent customer service and help in ensuring the document was delivered smoothly and efficiently.

Fantastic service from start to finish.

10/10 service. They were so fast, cheaper than other places, and had amazing communication. Would 100% recommend. They came all the way from Leicestershire to London for us

Incredible and very quick service ! Used them in an emergency for rapid delivery from Bucks to Essex, instant response incredible communication with consistant updates. From call to pick up and drop off in less than 3 hours. Special thanks to John who orchestrated the entire operation. 100% from me :-)

Excellent service from start to finish. The whole process was efficient, with a very quick turnaround and clear communication throughout.

A special mention to Alex, who was extremely helpful and professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The driver delivered on time and handled the delivery efficiently, exactly as promised.

Overall, a reliable and well-organised service. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Wow! Can’t recommend this company enough. I needed to get keys from Cheshire to Birmingham urgently on Tuesday evening. I called MBL Connect first time at 7.30pm and by 11pm the keys were with my client in Birmingham! The price was very competitive. Personal service all the way with phone calls to a lovely human not a bot, keeping me updated every step. They looked after my business as if it was their own. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE feel really lucky to have found this company they totally put the customer first. HUGE THANK YOU
