Replacement Air Compressor
We had to install a new compressor as our existing unit developed a fault and the replacement parts were on a long lead time. Paul Stanton organised a temporary replacement air compressor in a matter of a day, which his team—Michael, Tom, and Bailey—installed effortlessly. Fantastic work and a big thank you to everyone involved! I can’t recommend them enough.

Dissapointing start
This si the first time we signed a service contract with Maziah. When the service was requested nothing happened. I have to chase for a response and was told parts are ordered cannot give a date. The parts took too long to arriive and still the job wasnt complete since wrong parts were received. Still waiting for a response from Maziak.

Thank you for your feedback it is very important to us to receive and respond to all feedback, good and not so good. In this case we have had an issue obtaining parts that we were then informed were now obsolete from the OEM. With this in mind we have now made alternative arrangements and our engineer is already planned to be with you tomorrow to attend and hopefully rectify the oil leaks with parts from an alternative source.

Had a compressor fault that needed attention and once the engineer called he talked through how to reset it in a matter of minutes. Very good service.

Our investigation has been shared and all outstanding items have been rectified. We could find no evidence of air leaks, the manual was supplied digitally at the time of installation, the air separator is open to atmosphere by design, and operational training has been provided. We hope this ensures we have answered all queries and improved your satisfaction with our works.
