Fast delivery, easy communication, I'm very satisfied

After using Mayfair for over a year I was dubious to order again due the recent bad reviews. Nether the less I ordered Monday morning and arrived Thursday lunchtime with no problems at all😊

No customer service.

Broken Mounjaro pen and they play stupid in trying to sort. Don’t answer their phone lines and asking via email for information already provided. Maybe the hire stupid people or are deliberately incompetent.

Will not use again and looking at reviews, would seem I’m not the only person finding this ‘company’ difficult to deal with.

Have used them reliably but they clearly have issues at the moment, no order, no response to emails and they have switched off their phones. Would not recommend.

I am trying to obtain a £387.90 refund for non-delivery of my order for 2 packs of Mounjaro; so far with no success. The Mayfair Weight Loss Clinic phone lines have had a recorded message now for a couple of weeks so I am unable to speak to them. Neither have they responded to my last two emails. Their ordering system system seems to be functioning. It is all very strange. Since I unable to communicate with them I cannot clarify the nature of their difficulties or indeed, whether they are still trading. I would warn customers to take care before ordering in case there is a problem.

Really easy to use website. Quick delivery and always happy to help.

Applied to this site, took money over 3 weeks ago and still no communication. Have found other more reliable sites.

I used them before and were reliable. Re-ordered Wegovy and still not been delivered. Its been 2 weeks now.

Avoid at all costs! Notorious for over subscribing orders when they don’t have enough stock in place to fulfil them and then they try to offload you with a lower strength of dose after they’ve taken your payment. I would use another, more reputable provider.

Absolutely appalling company, ordered medication and have not been delivered anything. Reached out with various emails and via form on their website. Contacted them and was advised it’s ’on its way’. Please avoid and don’t fall into their trap, there are very reputable companies out there such as Numans, MedExpress, Online Pharmacy who provide excellent service and very fast delivery and consultation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They used to be reliable. When it seemed that the price of Mounjaro was going to rise they were offering bundles of multiple months of treatment. I paid for three months. The medication was never delivered. Then they shut down their phone line. Despite multiple emails they never refunded the money. More than. £700 they took from me

Have used this company for over a year with little problem. Recently ordered 3 month supply (spending almost £800!) they've taken my money and 3 weeks later I've still not got my medication or received any correspondence. They've put an announcement on their website saying they've closed their phone lines and to email if urgent enquiry. Not good enough! If they can't fulfil the order, don't take the cash!

I've been waiting over 3 weeks since I paid for my medication and I have not received it. I've send 2 emails and haven't had a reply.

I have used this company for over a year but something has gone seriously awry. I paid for prescription almost a month ago and I have not received my medicine. The phone lines are shut down and my numerous emails have gone unanswered, despite my threatening to escalate matters!

I think this company must have run into difficulty and I would avoid ordering from them.

Update. They did eventually contact me and supplied the medication. And apologised. So it was sorted a month after I placed my order.

Starting to think I may have fallen victim to a scam. I paid for my medication which they said would be 24 hours delivery, since then there has been no contact, won't answer emails, won't send a refund. So yeah, I think they may be a scam company.

Update.
After nearly a month I finally received my refund.
Not a scam. But personally I won't use them again. They were the most expensive provider and I thought customer service might come with that but unfortunately it didn't.

Always a good service and delivery are fast .

I have used them twice before with no issue but the last time I used them there was an issue with shipping the product. 30 days after paying for it there is no sign of my pen. And when I try to email to find out about it they take more than a week to reply. Not acceptable.

This company is a scam do not order from them!!
They took money from my account a week ago when I ordered before it was approved. No one can tell me where my order is or what is going on with it. I have called and they said they would call back and I have not heard anything and now cannot get through to them. I have sent an email too and not received any response. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
