I joined after the hiatus earlier this year. When they re-emerged, they offered same day scanning and payment for deliveries, which was quite a draw for me. Payments have slowed somewhat since then, but the leaders seem driven to improve, and are quite chill.

There was a hiccup with one delivery, which took about a month and change to resolve, but MOD made a considerable effort to fix the issue. It did end up resolved well. I plan to continue fulfilling their order requests and updating to 5 stars in a year if things continue well!

The owners were arrested for fraud, got all their assets seized by the FBI, and couldn't pay their users the money they owed them

Maxoutdeals is actually amazing, It a nice way to get point bonuses on CC and sometimes even make extra money I highly recommend them

They have ghosted everyone and are refusing to respond and closed out all chats in discord and website they owe so many people money and aren’t providing updates I waited because I trust them but it’s been over a month of no payout updates and no updates regarding anything for 1 week now I’m tired of this

Experience date September 18th as last update from them

Had a package delivered by Amazon with 2 laptops. Tracking showed delivered, however MOD said they did not receive it. Support guided me through the ticket system, asked for a few details (screenshot from Amazon, tracking, serial numbers, etc.) Process took a little less than 3 weeks but after their investigation they credited my account in full. It’s important to note that I’ve been working with them for about 10 months, shipping regularly and this is the first lost package I’ve had. Gotta give credit when it’s due !

Had $8000 of items from Amazon delivered to them. Tracking shows delivered and signed for by MaxOutDeals. They claim they never received the items, but have a policy to pay out for packages that they can't locate if it shows that they signed for them.

4 months later, and still no payment. No response to any support tickets for over 2 months.

Their phone number forwards to a remote receptionist company and is impossible to speak to anyone that actually works at the company.

Do not buy for this company!!
