Customer service is amazing. It feel personalized and they are just a text away. I started with them a few months ago and have been seeing steady results. I have hit plateaus in weight loss but that’s normal and they’ve been great at adjusting my dosage and also scheduling me appointments to talk with a physician via zoom and have improved my diet and nutrition though them as well. Highly recommend. Also super affordable compared to other companies!

Very easy communication. Easy to get ahold of someone to help with delivery updates and on time deliveries. My experience was very positive and the reps made my glp1 journey so easy for being a first time using an online service. I’ve lost weight successfully with the meds and easily administered everything on my own. Each shipment provided all the items I needed and I was always well stocked for my weekly dose. I would continue with max life because of my very pleasant experience with them
