Justin, Jerrica, and the rest of the group are the best part of your Yulee, Florida store. They are always so helpful to me, and promptly respond to any questions or concerns. I currently live 45 minutes away and still travel to Yulee for my vehicle needs, because loyalty is important to me and I've been coming to the Yulee store for years.

My car has over 100K miles on it and the original parts are starting to fail. My first visit was in August of last year, and it was a big ticket item, and was short on cash. Luckily the manager suggested the Mavis credit card and helped so much for us. Now, back again for our front axles, the card saved us again replacing the left and right side. The Manager was so helpful and her team got to back on the road in one day. I love this place and will continue to support it!

Hi, I had a great experience at Mavis today. I had a slow leak in a tire that needed checking. Being new to Yulee I stopped by the tire place that showed the most activity. All these customers cannot be wrong. Without an appointment the nail got pulled, the tire got fixed in a short time.A place I will visit when time for new tires. Not a big job today, still all smiles and friendly. Thanks!

Called ahead to make sure they had my tires. She said that they would go get them and have them there when I arrived. On the rim and out the door in a half hour.

Max & Tommy are ALWAYS extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! The rest of the staff at this location are terrific as well, but I do favor the techs!!! They are absolutely keepers!!!

I’m a single mom with a son with disabilities and a veteran. I’m used to handling things on my own. I’m new to the area and was looking for a good place for new tires, an oil change, and maybe some brakes, if they were needed. Having just moved from Virginia in this wave of everyone fleeing to sanely run conversation states, I was looking for mechanics to trust.
I walked in Mavis’s door and from the getgo experienced calm confidence, patience and mind blowing honesty. I mean really!! What mechanic doesn’t take advantage of a young women who says she needs brakes and new front tires, The car indicated the oil change even though I use synthetic oil and drive the car regularly.
John told me my brakes were fine, my tires weren’t that bad ( I was afraid they were at blowout status…how many times do we see blown out tires on the highway?! ) AND he reminded me that since I use synthetic oil, I’d be fine for bit. It gets better…
When we discussed what I was interested in purchasing and I cringed at the sticker shock, John showed me their FlexShopper payment plan!
I walked out the door without spending a dime that day but they just won a customer for life!

Stopped in on Sunday to see if I could get an oil change and tire rotation. Service Tech was upfront and honest and said he was so backed up and was only taking emergencies. I asked if I could schedule an appointment for Monday at 8:00am. I got there at 7:55. They had my car in and done by 8:40.

Mavis service was great. My tire was patched for free! Thanks Chad!
