I use this NTB location for all my service needs. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Service is quick and I can get back to my day.
Scheduling through the website was easy. Please review how customers are able to select a time. All time slots were open, however when I got to the shop that timeframe was pretty packed. Removing those busier times from the selection would ensure customers are not waiting any longer than necessary.
Wonderful location overall and the staff is excellent!

Didn’t stick to agreed prices
When I called, their sales rep and I negotiated a price, however when I got to the shop the guy behind the counter acted like I was disturbing him, then tried to add to the price that was already set. After paying and picking up my tires I realized that I was charged an extra hundred dollars than the original price. Will never go there again
