They will Cheat you

Brought a tire in for repair and the plug didn't hold , went back with the information on three different tires their site said they had a available at the Prairieville la location but when i got there i was told they had none of them and ended up being sold a tire i didn't have time to research , after getting home and doing some research on the tires i discovered that the tires were much cheaper everywhere and the kicker is they were listed for 143 on their own website and they charged me 163 a tire before fees and taxes. I emailed customer service and was told oh well you bought them already, so no price match. I then contacted another customer service group and got the run around. So basically these are the most underhanded , deceitful people. Use a local tire shop or something , just stay away from these liars. I have all invoices and screenshots to support my claims and opinions.

Poor Service/Paid for Issue That was not even fixed

On 9/11/22 me and my husband takes our Nissan Maxima to the Mavis location in Prairieville La due to a squealing noise coming from the right side of the car. My husband sat up the appointment and was dealing with a employee name Richard. Immediately as we arrived Richard comes outside to our vehicle as we explain the issue of concern. He then started naming things it COULD be without even checking the car in a full inspection first. I told my husband something didn't feel right because what car place just goes off speculations versus doing a diagnosis before they start being stuff to the customer. So me and my husband leaves the car with them after being told it would take about 2 hours. We dropped the car off at 9am when they first opened. Soo we left to get breakfast and got a call from Richard around 10:30am saying it was brakes, rotors, and struts needed for the back of our car. Okay cool. He gives us the price and we agreed to have them fix it. The car was ready at 4:15 so me and my husband drives to pick up the car.Gets there and the first question we asked Richard was if the issue was resolved. He assured us it was..So we pay 1,100.00 for the service all the leave and before we could get up the road a block down, we hear the same exact noise we heard when we brung the car that morning. So at this point I'm BEYOND upset. My husband is riding behind me in his car and can clearly hear the loud squealing from the car as well. Soo we call Richard and he seems so dumbfounded on what the issue could be. We then take the car back and Richard comes outside with a million and one excuses. He first said they test drove the car and didn't hear it but that was a lie because I checked the trip miles til empty when I dropped it off and it was at 53 and when I picked it up it was still at 53. No test drive was done. Secondly I asked did he do a thru all check on all tires and he said yes.That was a lie because the front tire is clearly where the loud noise is coming from. He then proceeds to ask us what side we heard the noise on but had he test drove it that would have been a question he would not have had to ask. He then started that they made sure the back brakes and etc was good. But my question was what about the front. That verified to me and my husband that a thourall inspection was not done. He then offered to fix it free of charge after the million and one excuses he made of why the noise was still present. Bottom line we paid 1,100 for a issue that was not fixed. They fixed other things outside of what we initially brung the car in for. Totally unacceptable. Sadly after this horrible customer service nd the lying straight to our face of the things that he claimed was done and clearly wasn't I'm not sure if I'm comfortable with them even touching our vehicle again. Sadly I honestly thought this place was great because of the reviews but me and my husband was unfortunate to receive great service especially after the amount of money that we paid. I can honestly say I would not nor ever recommend anyone to this company because our first and last experience was absolutely HORRIBLE 😞
