4 Wheel alignment service requested after I changed all 4 tires somewhere else on 6/21/2025 at 1 PM.
• I came back after 40 minutes and the car was not touched. I waited for another 45 minute and asked what was going on with my car. They told me they just took it inside. Then they try to scam me that my engine is moving and my tire road is not good and I need over a $1000 total. The tire road was recently changed and and I don’t know what they did to my engine to make it moving to charge me for engine mount job.
• I decided to go with the wheel alignment but they refused to do the job and returned they key. I informed the manager who was on duty and he was so unprofessional he told me you can do what ever you want I don’t care.
Stay away from this Mavis tire shop they are reaping customers specially females which I witnessed while waiting for my car.

I am so amazed at the service provided at Mavis Tire in Lawrence NY I was serviced by a young man named Darius and he was so nice very fast at changing my tires and doing my wheel alignment. I will definitely be coming back to this location to get my car serviced. Especially with the team they have those guys are amazing

Nail in my tire
Found a nail in my tire stopped to get my tire plugged. Very courteous staff and got me in and out in about 20 minutes and still made it in time for work
